I used this product for 3 months and it did not do anything at all. I think the wrong bark is being used. This is asoka indica vs. the correct bark is asoka saraca. Waste of money and I will neither buy nor recommend this to anyone.

Completely cured my irregularity and immensely decreased pain and discomfort during my cycle. Highly recommended.

Every women should have this or a product with Ashoka in their home. It has helped me during my menstrual cycle.
