Seiko Men's SND255P1 Flightmaster Pilot Slide Rule Chronograph Watch

Great watch. It's a little large for my wrist but looks okay. I had to take 3 links out of the band and then do more fine adjustment of the clasp to make it fit but that didn't take long. The watch functions perfectly and looks great with the blue dial. I will probably never use the slide rule functions but I did try them out and they work fine even though the numbers are pretty small. I have 11 other wristwatches, classic and newer, and over 45 pocket watches in my collection but I didn't have an analog chronograph and I didn't have a Seiko of any kind. This fills out the collection in both ways.

Very impressed with Seiko quality. I own a 90's Tag Heuer F1 non chronograph and this Seiko is just as accurate day to day. Face is easy to read and the lum is bright. Slide rule is hard to read, more of a neat add on but is a cool touch. Love the blue face, looks like an Omega Seamaster. Nice chunky chrono but not to big at 40ish mm.

First of all, this watch is beautiful - it looks better in person than the pictures shown here. It has varied by 3 seconds in 2 months, so it is pretty accurate. The chronometer is simple and useful, though it can be hard to read the minutes while the hands cover it. The Hardlex crystal is good at resisting scratches.The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is the slide rule - the inner numbers are behind glass and the outer numbers are in front of the glass, which means you have to align tiny lines through a distance of glass, which creates inaccuracy.

Love the weight. Love cobalt blue color. That’s what got me. Came super early. Only three days after I ordered it. Got it for my birthday. Overall Great Watch. Seiko gives very good value for your money.

I am returning this watch because it stopped working after 2 weeks of use. The timing function works so I know it isn't the battery. not the quality I expected in a Seiko

I take this watch flying with me. I work for an air freight company and it gets banged around getting in and out of the cockpit. The watch is holding up well and keeps relatively good time. I routinely hack it to UTC and it might lose a second or two every few days. The chronograph works perfectly.

I love this watch! It looks great, operates reliably and is quite easy to read in the dark.Unlike some other reviewers, I don't have any problem with reading the slide rule.There are several good resources online (particularly YouTube) for how to use a slide rule like the one on this watch for multiplication and division. I use it regularly for quickly calculating tips in restaurants and for taxi rides. Once you set a tip percentage, you can leave it on the watch for future use.

I really like this watch when I originally purchased it. It looks beautiful, the slide rule moves smoothly, and the chronograph worked really well. Unfortunately, about a month after purchase, I realized that the chronograph needle stops past the 60 second marker. Not sure how or why it happened, especially since I haven’t been too rough with the watch (didn’t bang it against anything, or even get it wet). This is especially disappointing since the rest of this watch is great. It’s possible that I just got a defective model.

A very nice watch for the price. The circular slide rule is pretty small but like the venerable E6B it mimics (without the wind correction abilities) the rule works. I recommend this watch for a striking everyday timepiece.

Es un reloj que esta chulisimo, es mas bonito que en la foto, y cuando lo llevas puesto es increible. No tiene una esfera grande. El color del interior es muy bonito.

Il cinturino in acciaio è di buona qualità e leggero.Orologio che ho acquistato per sostituire il mio Rolex Oyster nelle situazioni particolari , malgrado ciò è uno strumento piacevole e confortevole da indossare.
