Merrell Women's Encore Ice Slide Q2 Clog

The only complaint I have is that I ordered a whole size larger than what I wear so I could put my orthotic insoles in them for wearing around the house. The insoles don't fit at all. The size 10 shoe fits my size 9 foot perfectly. They are very comfortable and give good support. I guess I would have had to go with an 11 to fit the insole. Normally going up to a 10 is plenty to accommodate. I am hoping as they break in a little more the lining will flatten and the shoes will stretch a little, so I can try the insoles again.

I was looking for a replacement shoe for my old standbys, which were falling apart. This shoe was perfect! My husband and I travel frequently and I was looking for something that I can slip off and on easily but I needed them to be weather resistant for travelling in rain and snow. These are perfect! They are easy on/easy off but they are sturdy in my feet for the times I need to run through snow/rain to get in and out of travel plazas without slipping or losing a shoe! I would definitely give these shoes two thumbs up!

My foot is a medium and they fit just right. If you have a high arch or wide foot they would be too tight. Run a little short. I am between a 8.5 and 9. Ordered 9 and they fit good. They are very warm. Ice grips work fine on snow on top of ice. But if your ice is shiny beware! But then if it is shiny you should be wearing ice spikes or ice skates! Great for walking the dog!

This is my 2nd purchase of this shoe. This time the shoes are for me. I like them but find they run a little large even though they do not look larger than the previous shoes in this style. I should have purchased a half size smaller but find that wearing socks with these solves my sizing issues. In any case, I love them! They are warm even when wearing them without socks.

I bought the Merrell Encore Q2 Ice in rust and totally love them but couldn't get them in black so I went for this shoe. However, the arch support does not feel anywhere near as supportive. As a former plantar fasciitis sufferer, I'm taking no chances and returning the shoe. Also, I expected the "lamb wool" trim to be thick but they are more like a thin material. Other than that, it looks really good overall. It has a slim look but width is comfortable for my normally wide foot. The BTW, it was shipped in a plastic shipping bag and the shoebox was crushed although the shoes weren't affected.

After reading reviews, I bought 1/2 size larger than usual size and they felt just right. As I wore them in they started feeling loose, so I ordered a pair of a different color in my usual size. They felt a little tight at first but got to be just right over time. They’re so comfy, like slippers, but have substantial soles so are perfect as indoor/outdoor shoes. I bought 2 more pairs in my usual size because they were on sale and I know they will be favorites of mine for a long time.

I ordered a half size up based on others reviews and these were still much too small and narrow. My toes were right up against the toe box and I could only wear a light sock with these, no winter socks would fit because the shoes are so narrow. The quality of this product is incredibly low compared to other Merrel products and especially for this price. The leather doesn’t even look or feel real.

I really enjoy these, much more than I even thought I might. They are just your basic black winter clog. Easy to slip on and off, and they really do keep your feet dry. I've worn them all day at work twice after forgetting to bring my shoes in with me. My feet weren't even hot with the wool lining. Very pleased with these. It was a good price and a great product!

Aweful, sent them back instantly. Cheap, I wanted real leather. I have a pair, and they are 5 years old or older.
