These are the strings that Irina Kulikova uses on her spruce-top guitar. As spruce-top guitars tend to have a brighter timbre than other guitars, and whereas the top three strings (the high e, the b, and the g) are nylon instead of carbon, this set helps my spruce-top guitar to have a rounder sound on the high e, b, and g strings. The three low strings (low e, a, and d) in this set produce a wonderful combination of brightness on the attack followed by a lovely, and deep, roundness in sound. This is a high-tension set, and to me the strings feel like the good-old Savarez yellow-card set of nylons that I used to buy forty years ago. When I play my spruce-top guitar with these strings on it, the whole guitar vibrates more than with the medium-tension carbon strings that I have used for the last decade. I am so glad that I found out about this set for my spruce-top guitar. If you have a spruce-top guitar, give these strings a try--I think you'll be pleasantly surprised, and if you haven't heard Irina Kulikova play, give her a listen--I think you'll like her playing too.

Players with a light touch benefit the most. I love the crystal highs from the G b and e strings. Although playable with strumming not an ideal gauge for that type of rhythm. When I play with a hard attack, the lower strings (treble) fail to respond the same, perhaps the gauge is too small for that type of playing. Otherwise a good choice for light attack and intermediate level classical pieces.

First time I’ve ever bought Savarez strings. Really bright and easy to play; best strings I’ve ever tried. I usually got D’addario, but these are definitely a step up.

Al momento do 5 stelle per la consegna fulminea e la confezione davvero ben curata che trasmette la sensazione di una muta di corde di livello. Una volta provate, attualmente sto usando delle D'Addario Exp Dynacore con buone impressioni, potrò esser più preciso circa la sonorità.Dopo la prova confermo la qualità di questo set, ben equilibrato su tutte le frequenze.

Muss gestehen ich hatte mir mehr erwartet. Ich spiele schon sehr lange Gitarre und hatte viele saiten drauf, dachte ich gebe mal. Etwas mehr aus. Der Klang ist okay, aber etwas spitz, klingt nicht so voll wie andere saiten.Am Ende ist es immer eine Kombi. Aus saiten und Gitarre, für meine Lag würde ich diese aber nicht nochmal kaufen.

Depende de la guitarra en que se pongan, pero en la mía, con tapa de cedro y aros y fondo de palo santo de Río, suenan dulces y crisralinos los agudos y los bajos brillantes.
