I have positive result with the little one. My friend loaned the little one to me because it helps him with his neck pain, hia got three and after two months of regular use I can confirm it also helped with my back pain, hence I have decided to buy one too. I went for the biggest one for one simple reason: time! You have to use the big one less time to achieve the same results because of the higher output. Unlike the small unit, with this you can't have Red and NearInfra on at the same time which I am okay with. It's large, heavy and well built. Took some pictures and the nearinfra looks purple through the phone.It is quality make no mistake, not just because it does what it says on the tin, but because I have dropped, stepped on and kicked the little one by accident several times and it's still good as new ;-)the ex plumber with a few proplapsed disks ;-(Update on Knee surgery: I had my lateral menisculus repaired via key hole surgery on 25/02/2022 at the local NHS hospital - because I have managed to torn it off. That meant 6 weeks of no weight bearing but crutches etc. After the surgery I was unable to fully bend my knee or to fully stretch it out -however when I was in bed and had the infra red light on after:- 20-25 minutes I felt my leg was very nicely buzzing it feels very good- 30-35 all the pain and stiffnes has gone- 45 minutes onward the knee was fully stretched ;-)- 60 minutes it felt really good and normal again.after the light treatment within 2-3 hours the pain and stiffness will return but that's normal, it's not about curing it's about healing.My phisiotherapist and Dr and myself are happy how my knee healed and functions.Now that the sun is out I am better of getting the full range of light treatment so sunbathing it is ;-)06/05/2022

I can’t say this item is bad because it’s just been delivered today and it is wonderful.The only issue I have is that the packaging it comes in doesn’t exactly scream professional. Just a cardboard box with nothing else apart from a Manuel. Still a great product though

I already owned a mini from a well known brand and I don’t have the following issues with it. I wanted a large one to target more surface area comfortably. The fan on the machine is loud. I own a Joov and it’s quiet. I think something is wrong. The glass panel is warm after just 15 mins use. Scared to use it for half an hour when I want to light my room. I am concerned this is not a high quality device or I might just had bad luck and bought a faulty device.

Works well in my sauna , it's great for pain relief and the warmth is lovely, you can control your heat easily and it's a good detox,

The size and the output is perfect. I have 2 of them now, in my gym

I am using the red light to help my skin and eyes and though i have had it a short time i have seen improvement.

Great for aches and pains and to refresh the skin
