They nailed it, with everything.
I'll preface this review by stating two facts: 1. I am extremely particular about the things I buy on here, and I will spend an unnecessary amount of time on an unnecessary household item, just to analyze and pick the one that I think is *perfect* in terms of price/features/reliability/etc. 2. Even after engaging this process and picking "perfect" items, it's extremely rare that something is perfect enough for me to come on here and actually write a review on it.This mouse is perfect, as far as the "vertical ergonomic mouse" market goes. They nailed it, with everything. The bluetooth capability and 3 separate device operation feature is going to run you a bit more than some of the other wireless vertical mice you see, but in my opinion, it's totally worth it.If you're like me and have one older macbook that can take the USB-A without any adapters, as well as a new apple device that only takes USB-C, the ability to use this both with a wireless receiver and via bluetooth 4.0–not to mention to be able to shift seamlessly between the two–will come in handy.I haven't had to charge the battery yet, and I've used the mouse on and off for a month so far.The DPI buttons and side forward/back buttons are really handy. I haven't had a problem using them on Chrome for OSX, by the way (despite what the disclaimer says about mac OS and the buttons).Tracks smooth, the silent click is great... and the thing is super comfortable. Jellycomb's other models have been noted to be a bit too small for comfort, which was a big letdown considering all of the features were on point. Then I somehow found this one, which has a bigger and more common vertical mouse shape, and it's definitely the right size (I have pretty average-to-large sized adult male hands, for what it's worth. Maybe if you have smaller hands, you'll also want to give their smaller design a try).I think the "sleep" function is great too- where you wake it up by clicking as opposed to moving the mouse around. This makes way more sense to me, and takes very little time to get used to.I only hope they continue to produce this model, as it doesn't look to be as popular as their other (smaller design) version. I'm kind of tempted to buy a second one just in case they discontinue it in a year or something.

Great ergonomic mouse
I've previously used other ergonomic mice, such as the Logitech MX Vertical. Here are my thoughts on this vertical mouse -Weight - The Jelly Comb mouse is very light, but solid feeling. In comparison, the MX Vertical felt like a heavy brick. This lighter weight is nice - because while you get used to a vertical mouse, you tend to knock it around a bit. Having a lighter mouse means it will make less of an impact. It also makes it much easier on your wrist while you are working all day.Connection - This mouse supports 3 devices, selectable by a button on the underside of the mouse. This is as good as the best Logitech offerings, and I had no problem using the Bluetooth or USB dongle on my computer. The battery is rechargeable via Micro USB cable. No software is required for standard functionality on Windows. A free software application called SensibleSideButtons enables full system support for the back and forward buttons with no effort at all. The mouse sensor seems to move smoothly with no stuttering, and feels comparable to my Logitech gaming mouse, and a step or two up from my Apple Magic Mouse.Feel - The buttons are responsive but also super quiet. The wheel is a standard single direction mouse wheel - no tilt scrolling. It seems to be made out of metal and feels quite solid. The entire mouse is covered in a soft grip paint which is very nice in the hand and cool to the touch. The size is reasonable, and fits well in my hand. It seems a bit smaller than a mouse like the MX Vertical, which seems to have been made for giant hands.Price - At a third of the price of a mouse like the MX Vertical, this is a no brainer. The small cost of this mouse is easily paid for in the comfort gained from a vertical mouse.Overall: This Jelly Comb vertical mouse seems to be an extremely well-rounded, capable mouse that is very hard to disappoint at this price.

Replaced current Anker vertical mouse to use with multiple devices, works great
Replaced a long-lived Anker vertical 2.4G mouse that to date was the best ergonomic and economical mouse I've used. I work on computers 8+ hours a day and moved to a vertical mouse to address hand/arm pain and this style did the trick. Tried the Jelly Comb mouse in an effort to reduce desktop clutter (multiple mouses for a desktop PC, a portable PC, and floater PC's that are sometimes also being worked on.Jelly comb seems to be geometrically equivalent to the Anker, but seems lighter (which I think is a plus), and the right/left buttons have more of a soft-touch click, which after using for a few days I find I prefer. Assuming the Jelly Comb is as robust and long lived as the Anker, this is my new favorite. Anker will still serve duty as my new traveling mouse, but this one is my new daily driver.

Get a wrist pad
I'm an engineer who designs in CAD frequently, and working at home part time now, I needed another quality mouse so I didn't have to bring my office mouse home all the time. I decided to try the "handshake" style mouse that is supposed to be more ergonomic. While very comfortable in the hand, the rotation of the wrist puts pressure on the pisiform bone in the hand (protuding bone at bottom of palm below pinky) when used on a normal desk surface or even a regular mouse pad. A thick gel wrist pad keeps this bone from touching the surface and eliminates the bruising and pain at this location. I also wish this mouse had an endless scroll button like my Logitech M720, but that is mostly just because I am used to it.
