Wonderful Resource!
This is a fantastic book for teaching young people the rituals and prayers of Hinduism. It is clear, easy to read, and provides a lot of information. There are so few books that parents can give to their children to help them grow in their Hindu faith and I'm very glad to have found this one.

Go ahead, buy this book!
An excellent resource and teaching tool. Well organized and well written. I felt like there could of been more instruction on the various prayers but even with that tiny flaw the book is worth paying full price for. I recommend it without reservation.

Hindu Devotional book
I have used this book for over 10 years to teach at the temple. Excellent series of books, highly recommend this series to anyone teaching Sanskrit prayers. Extremely comprehensive. My thanks to the authors.

Amazing book to be honest. However it is obvious that it should be accompanied by either a CD or 3 cassette tapes (as it says inside). It makes sense because if you aren't already learned with Sanskrit and mantra recitations you won't know how to read the prayers properly. The book is still worth its price, but it's just disappointing that one can't even find and purchase the CD individually (neither on Amazon or elsewhere). Wish the author suggests somewhere we can purchase it.
