I can never be without this tea. I have asthma that’s never been fully under control. So many things will trigger it. I had someone mention “mullein tea” really helping them when they were very sick and coughing horribly. Suggested I try it. I now try to drink at least 2 cups a day. it’s a huge help with my asthma.

No flavor and I noticed no difference but it may work for some

The flavor is a bit earthy like if u smell a dandelion just like the bags this is kinda messy tho the stems are mostly the tea so I didn't notice a difference in any breathing honestly

Maybe I am overbrewing it? But it brews a gray color. I am buying a different brand to compare, but thought it should be golden.

Flavor was terrible

I sent this to my sister and it arrived opened. There wasn't instructions on how to prepare the tea. I told her not to use it. She said there wasn't much tea in the bag.

This tea is lovely, earthy, light taste and you definitely notice a difference as far as loosening up phlegm, weeziness, and drinking it as hot as you can handle I find opens up your airway better for noticeable deeper breaths and helps clear your sinuses better to allow you to blow out what's loosening. I could drink it as is but tastes even better with some honey and a splash of lemon juice to taste. Tastes good as is though. It's not hard to drink at all and you could add whatever you want to it really. My kids even drink it when fighting a chest cold, coughing etc in combination with a hot detox bath it really helps get everything out. It's worth drinking daily just for the health benefits and this brand seems to be of good quality, great packaging, resealable bag which will last you a while as it's a full bag. Nothing to complain about. I recommend it and I'd buy it again. :) Just a reminder it's a loose tea so you'll need a strainer.
