This review is for a TheraBand Roller Massager. It is a simple tool that can have great benefits to tired muscles. The handle can be used as a "pressure point" device, while the roller itself is a wonderful way to massage and relieve stress. As seen in the pictures, the roller has ripples or waves along it's surface to help massage out body aches and pains. You can use it yourself, on thighs and hips or arms, or have another person use it to work on your back etc. Decent price. It works wonders! Works great! This is what my physical therapist uses and I was glad to find it to have for home use. I don't love the handles, but that doesn't take away from the function of this.

Easy to use. Just right amount of firmness (not soft; not too rigid). Handles seem strong (they don't bend or feel like they will break). Compact (easy to pack with gym gear). They used this at my PT so I got one to use at home after my knee replacement and it helped.

Although it’s delivered as designed, I much prefer using the pounding massager. I found this too painful for my IT band problems. When my physical therapist uses it in her gym on me, it’s painful, but she controls the pressure. I couldn’t make myself do the same pressure that she did.. But it is as designed and it was just that I don’t use it

I love this roller! It really helps with the pain I get from knots in my arms and in my calves. My physical therapist recommended it, and I recommend it too!

Es una buena herramienta para la práctica diaria, es muy práctico usarlo en músculos grandes como cuadriceps e isquiotibiales, te ahorras todo el trabajo de usar tus manos directamente para descontracturar. Pros: ahorras energía, se puede hacer un masaje profundo, es compacto. Contras: el agarre no es muy bueno, no se adapta bien a las manos, abrir y cerrar las agarraderas no es muy intuitivo. Si buscas algo portátil y práctico esta es tu opción. Si no lo vas a transportar, y lo vas a usar para una clínica o lugar fijo, recomiendo el otro modelo.

Este producto lo uso para después de una rehabilitación para relajar los músculos que ya trabaje. Muy bueno por que mis pacientes quedan relajados y tranquilos. El producto es resistente.

El rodillo cumple su función, es rígido y la textura proporciona buen agarre y profundidad para el masaje, además de ser práctico para guardar; para asegurar las asas retráctiles se deben empujar y girar, sin embargo los seguros a veces se sueltan. Al girar el rodillo las asas hacen mucha fricción, y se sienten un poco "flojas", aunque es debido al mecanismo que les permite retraerse.
