Q: Hello, i just installed this product on my fj and need some support. do you have a pdf on installation? also, the front holding bases dont sit flush

Unfortunately this item has crappy instructions and no online videos to follow. Your problem is easy to fix, but most likely you will have remove the rack, all the center sections are adjustable, adjusting them AFTER you mount it will give you best fit. Also do not tighten any of the bolts and nuts in the rack. Once you mount the unit, adjust center bars first until you have a perfect fit and then tighten all bolts. This takes a bit longer but it should fit perfectly. Keep in mind that Amazon warranties all products sold on their site, I got credits from Amazon and the seller after I complained about lack of good instructions .

Q: What are the 8 adhesive pads for? I don't se them on my instruction part list. Thanks
