Customer Service awful
When the product came, they were gorgeous signs. They were a bit too small for us. When I went to return I packaged them up the same way, and sent them back with the matching label. Now today, I get charged for one of the signs because they said they only recorded one of the signs (but both were packaged in the same box!!!).
