Yamaha THR10II 20W Bluetooth Modeling Guitar Head w/ AC Adapter, Cubase AI, Bag, and Cloth

The reason I bought this is I had a Yamaha "mini-practice amp" that I bought in the 70's that was amazing. When it finally gave up the ghost a few weeks ago, I went back to Yamaha because they got it right the first time. Even though I had high expectations, I've still been delighted with the performance and practicality. It's well designed and solidly engineered. Lots of thoughtful in/out connections. I've seen some less than stellar reviews of this item when I was checking it out and, now that I've been using it, I get the sense that people who aren't fully satisfied are expecting something that this amp isn't. It's a practice amp. For that purpose, I can't imagine anything better than this.

i really like this amp! its perfect for practicing and recording. The effects aren’t super advanced or dynamic but gets the job done for simple jamming. I’ve been having a lot of fun using it My only complaint is about the orange lights that shine out to mock the glow from tubes.

I had first purchased the Katana Air not believing Yamaha could compete with Roland/Boss. I’ve never been more wrong. From the quality of the iOS app to the tone that comes out of the speakers the Yamaha is superior in every way.

I'm not a musician, but my boyfriend plays guitar (about 10 years now) and he raves about it.

This is an amazing tool for practice playing. So many options, and the modelling is great.

Plenty of great things to be said about this versatile desktop amp, but due to the fact that to access the full potential of the unit involves the app, makes for a less than adequate experience. From the consumers perspective rather than the engineer's, why not finish the project and include everything to complete the package?

I bought a second one of these so I can run Stereo on stage up!Harmonizer H9 Pedal. an ultimate set. The amp alone runs stereo effects from within.

The sound is amazing. With 15 guitar amp models and bass and clean channels. Plus effects it is everything u need on the go almost anywhere there is power. AC only. All the other models have battery abilities or rechargeable. It would be easy to add battery compartment. Too bad everything else is perfect!
