Worked great for my 2013 F150
Very easy to install, My truck was made late enough that it didn't require breaking emblem. I ordered emblem just in case because of videos I have watched. Took no time at all to unhook old camera and plug this one in. Better picture than the original and it has the lines and zoom function as well as colored blocks show up while backing up.-slightly different angle view than original but does not decrease view-I read many replacement cameras didn't have the zoom. This camera has everything the original had and better video. Would highly recommend as the replacement, especially at this price point.

Works like OEM
I used this camera to replace a 2011 F150 one. The factory one started cutting off , blue screen, and sometimes backwards. This one works and all functions including zoom, park assist, and lines. Plug and play for us. The picture seems better than OEM and lines are pretty accurate.Update 8/25/2024Still works perfectly. Picture still seams better than OEM and all functions including backup assist still work.

Economical Replacement & Easy Install
This camera was $100 compared to $400 for the OEM version. No issues with this camera. It functions as exactly as the original OEM version did before the original failed. Fitment was the same, image quality looks as good, lines are on the screen & zoom function works. No complaints whatsoever. Dealer wanted $1,000 to replace camera & wire harness. Replacing the camera fixed the issue. I saved $900 over dealer price. Takes about 30 minutes to install. Take care when removing your Ford logo - I was able to remove mine without breaking it. Returned the logo & base kit ($70). $100 & 30m time to have a fully functional backup camera again.

Clarity, off alignment
The camera is clear and auto adapted to sensor signals. But it is not aligned properly and on a 2014 there is no way to alter the angle of the lines. If it was aligned it would be 5stars.

Fully Functional But Not Perfect Without A Little Mod
The media could not be loaded. After reading mixed reviews, I verified my part number was compatible by googling “ford parts by VIN”. One of the top results was a website that sells parts and lets you search by entering your VIN.The install was about as simple as it gets… But there are a couple of items to note:#1 - Depending on the year of your truck, the Ford emblem may break at the tabs where it connects to the chrome housing. This was the case on my 2012 F150 Platinum. I did purchase a replacement housing online, but ended up using some silicone to simply glue it back in place after I was done. You can’t see the silicone at all. A couple of days with some masking tape holding it in place, and it is good as new. It’s also removable again if needed, as the silicone can be cut with a blade.#2 - The grid lines, most notably the center black line, were shifted a little towards the drivers side of the truck. It was very noticeable when I had my trailer hitch in place. This would drive me nuts, so I set out to adjust it. More on that below.#3 - The zoom features and the green/yellow/red assist blocks worked perfectly for my application. I’m guessing for those that have trouble it’s because they didn’t check the part # as directed. As for adjusting the camera, it wasn’t the easiest thing to do, but it only took me about about five minutes. Start by noting which way the camera needed to rotate to properly align the lines. I did so by looking at things carefully while in reverse on the display. This camera sits within a plastic mounting bracket, that then attaches to the chrome housing. The plastic mounting bracket can be modified to allow you to install it slightly twisted. To do so, I filed away a little bit of the mounting tab to allow the camera to twist in the housing. I could then rely on the two mounting screws to hold it in its precise position. See the video for help understanding what I trimmed. Worked out pretty good.

Perfect fit
Installed in minutes, great picture with lines and zoom. Used my VIN at a Ford parts site to get the OEM replacement part number. For my 2014 F-150 Lariat, it was EL3Z-19G490-D.

Worked well for first 3 months, then blanked out.
Replaced my oem camera with this product. Worked very well for the first few months. Then after a car wash in cold weather it went black for over a month. Image came back on a few weeks after but has some distortion to the image. Not a great product.

N'a pas duré 6 mois/didn't last 6 mounths
Plutôt décevant!I was satisafied when i received my camera by the end of october 2023. The screen was clear and offerd a good picture but the colored lines were not visible. Right after the winter, those lines appeared and before the end of april, the camera died. I did check for the right model before ordering. It is the first time something like this happens to me. Very disapointed!
