Exceeded expectations, turned out to be AMAZING
I bought these gloves for airsoft, and they work very well at eliminating the pain of hand shots. I no longer feel a sting when shot in the hand, but merely a light tap (think a penny dropped 1 inch onto hand). I expected this type of protection. What I didn't expect was the luxurious comfort. That's right, these gloves are actually extremely comfortable. They are defiantly the most comfortable gloves I've ever owned or tried out. (I've experimented with Mechanixwear, Carharrt, motorcycle gloves, Condor/UK arms airsoft gloves, Cutters, Under amor and Nike football gloves and Western Safety gloves. These trump them all.The comfort is shocking because with the somewhat bulky top-of-hand-protection, one would not expect a glove to be so soft and supple. The glove does not hinder dexterity in the least, and the inner material is soft against the hand, yet does not interfere too greatly with tactile sensation. These gloves are great for airsoft, and never fear, you can still have a fast trigger finger, and reload with precision while wearing these glove. However, don't be deceived, no part of these gloves is genuine leather. Instead the palm is similar to a synthetic suede. The good thing is the colors of the glove do not bleed.Fast facts: Works with my touchscreen (capacitive) phone screen.I bought a size XL, and I don't consider myself to have huge hands, and they fit great.(I'm 6'3'' though...)Too lazy? Didn't read? Basic summary: Amazing gloves, surprisingly comfortable--great flexibility, don't interfere with dexterity, allow for tactile sensation.

Problems, but currently the best airsoft glove on Amazon.
I'm giving this 5 stars ONLY because there are no better protective airsoft gloves on the market.Pros:These do protect your hands better than other airsoft gloves. Most airsoft gloves do not have much armor & maybe half of your fingers are left uncovered.Cons:They do not cover your finger tips! And yes, I've been shot in the top of the finger nail 4 times now! It can be extremely painful from 350fps with a .20g bb fired from 20 feet away (CQB airsoft).Takeaway:If a competitor were to make a glove that actually included nail protection, these would be getting less stars from me. But for now, these are probably the most effective airsoft gloves on the market, unfortunately.

The fingers are so frayed it looks like I've used them for a few weeks already
Haven't gotten a chance to use them in an actual game yet. I've been slowly collecting my gear and once I finally had it all together I was trying everything on. If they even remotely come into contact with velcro they snag and it just pulls the material into pieces while you're trying to get it off. The fingers are so frayed it looks like I've used them for a few weeks already. They're still holding up but I guess I'll see when I actually try to use them. If I don't just take the loss and get something else though. Wish I would have known how poor the materials were I would have returned them before it was to late.

Keep Your Hands Protected
These gloves work great for paintball and airsoft. I took a few hits right on the hand and the glove absorbed all of the impact. The palm has a smooth but grippy enough texture to it.My only negative takeaway from this product is the cuffs are a little short. I wish they were another inch or so longer because they get kind of bunched up under the velcro wristband.Aside from that, they work perfectly for what I needed and I would definitely recommend them.

Soo soft, and protective.
These gloves are the best thing ive ever bought for paintball. They paid for themselves when i got shot in the hand 3x in a day, well worth it. The green in which i got mine matched my camo perfectly, and they are soo incredibly soft! They never mentioned how soft these gloves are, its amazing. My only complaint is that the green coloring used to paint the gloves rubbed off on my hand alittle leaving them green where the gun put pressure on my hands for about 3 days.

Dirtbike woods gloves
These are EXACTLY early 90's-late 80's O Neal Ultra Lite Gloves for dirt bikes. They were and are the ultimate offroad glove. Nobody offers nearly as much protection, they are cool because the vents actually work when you are moving and the palms are super tough but thin with fantastic feel. These gloves may not be marketed for dirt bike gloves ,but they still are the best designed dirt bike glove ever produced.

Defender gloves
These gloves are going to be great for Nerf blaster wars. They will stop my old hands for getting bruised. I think they are a good add to my protection eguipment from my grandson attack. Great thank Happy Papa Harlan I am 73 and still having a ball with him.

It's OK
Good. I purchased these gloves for my winter airsoft games. The gloves are OK for the price, but the plastic pieces on the outside are quite unwieldy and at times might get you caught on things. The thickness of the trigger finger (with the plastic piece on the back) makes it barely fit into the trigger guard on the gun. So be aware of it.
