I have an allergy to artificial dyes and flavors that cause me to have servere migraines. My diet does not consist of much artificially flavored foods or drinks. I believe this is why I enjoyed the taste of This product. It was a subtle sweet orange flavor. This product did not leave me jittery at all. I actually felt like I just had some extra feel good energy that I normally don't have. I feel like it lasted throughout my workout and I didn't feel weak after. I would buy this again.

The concept of this product was great. Unfortunately the product itself left much to be desired. The taste was not good at all, even after adding other powders to it. Another reviewer compared it to the taste of Tang but I don't remember disliking Tang this much. But the worst part is the consistency. No matter what I tried I couldn't keep it from chunking at the bottom. I tried it with more water, less water, a shaker ball, stirring it, etc. I even tried sending a question out to the "Amazon community" to see if anyone else experienced this or had any insight but so far I haven't received a response from previous purchasers or the company. I can't explain the dread of drinking a product at 5am that already tastes bad but then a clump of undissolved tacky powder lands in the back of your throat as you're trying to mentally prepare for your workout. Inevitably I ended up coughing my way through it. With that said, I did get great focus during my lifts, and no crash or jittery feeling at all. I've choked down almost al of the canister and sadly I won't be buying another. Perhaps if they did something to fix the mixing quality and changed the taste I would reconsider, but for now I'll pass.

For this price this stuff should be a much better product. I mixed a scoop with water in a shaker cup that has a spiked ball to mix up. Shook it and shook it with LUKEWARM water (not cold at all) and it would not dissolved. There were clumps just sitting there. I gagged it down. It was like forcing down slightly orange flavored aspirin powder in chunks. For $35...seriously? So, I thought I would mix it with warm, almost hot water just to see if it would dissolve. Nope. So, essentially, no matter what you do it will not dissolved and you will be swallowing chunks and gagging trying to get them down. So, I'm going to return it and see how that works out. I will order a cheaper, maybe not so natural, but dissolving product.

Excellent source of consistent energy, take it 15 min prior to work out and have pleanty of drive and focus throught my entire workout. Also a Type 1 diabetic and this product has had no negative effect on BS numbers.

It was my mistake in getting something without caffeine. This is one of the few products that has no artificial garbage - sweetners, colors etc. It requires a GIANT scoop so you'll probably get 20 servings per bottle. Not much of a pump.

I took the recommended dosage for 2 straight days---then COULDN'T SLEEP FOR THOSE SAME 2 NIGHTS!!That is what caffeine does to me. But I saw no mention of caffeine on the label.Had I known it contained hidden caffeine, I never would have purchased it.Not knowing it was returnable for a refund of $30 or so, I threw the rest away.😢

Have used this 2 times now. I love that it is naturally sweetened with no bad ingredients in general. My favorite part is that is no overly sweet like others I have tried. So far gives me a great added boost to my workouts. Tastes good too.
