Jim sounded a little drunk I always have to stand up for Jimbo this is not Gerry Garcia writing this review obviously the music is great singing and Jim's unbeatable screaming great not alot of the weird poetry I was never a huge fan of it is well known to Doors fans Jim did not want to do Light My Fire any more so be thankful for any of it love the train medley!!!!!

Love the doors
I'm a die hard fan so anything I never heard goes into my collection. The worst apart about this CD isn't the sound quality it's the light my fire is only 2min and some secs and then it fades out so it's not the full performance. If you like the doors dont buy it but If you love the doors buy for your collection you never know when they will stop making it then your gonna be paying a whole lot more for this terrible sound quality cd and not full concert

worth hearing for Doors concert collectors
The Rolling Stone review of LA Woman sneered, "Now I get it, the Doors are a comedy act." By then the Doors were out of critical favor, as they already were by the time of this poorly attended 1970 concert in Seattle. Jim Morrison is so drunk that he's almost sober as he offers subdued versions of songs and rambling monologues. The listener has to wonder if he will make it through the show, which fades out in the middle of the Light My Fire finale. The very sober Frank Zappa engaged in even more on-stage antics than Morrison, so we take our performance art as we find it. The sound quality is quite decent, the other Doors play well as always, and if you enjoy collecting Doors concerts, this one is worth hearing. Almost half a century later, it's good to hear something more from Jim and his mates.

Pass on this performance
This recording has several sound quality issues. Also, Morrison is extremely drunk, making matters (from a listening standpoint) worse. For diehard fans only.

Complete Concert?
As a diehard Doors fanatic I love this recording of Live in Seattle 1970. The only flaw for me is that the song Light my Fire trails out near the middle of the song. I enjoy hearing different versions of songs that the band performed through their years together.
