Sleepovers Youth Pants, Large/X-Large, 12 Count

These are sized for special needs children who are too big for traditional size diapers but not quite big enough for adult sized diapers. Excellent fit, do not leak, and look less like diapers if they peak outside of the child’s pants. My kiddo is 85 lbs and about 55 inches for size help. There is also a bigger size if these are too small. So happy to find this brand.

We usually get these by prescription to our house, but because we were traveling, I had to send some ahead of time to our destination so I didn't have to pack them in the luggage. These work perfectly for overnights or long times without bathrooms available for my special needs child.

These are my new favorite pull ups. I have a special needs 8 year old and he uses these and they work great. Never any leaks, fit great, and very soft.

this are too small for a husky kiddo. The fit is too small for him. Leakage is not the best. Quality feels like they run small.

I purchased these along with several other brands to see which would work well for use with my teenage autistic son. These fit nice and snug around him without binding. I use them for all day and night. They hold quite a bit, but if they have too much liquid in them they fall apart right on the body. This is really messy because they crumble and go right down the legs and get stuck in pants. Even with this challenge, out of all the ones we've tried these are a good choice.

Didn't fit my 90 lb daughter.

I needed them for a trip, my 8 years old kid sometimes wets the bed and no size of baby dipers would fit. These were great, he didn't complain at all.

Run small, my son weighs 95lbs and the xl are way too tight.
