Do these masks have the foam strip along the top to prevent fogging of glasses?

No they do not have foam to prevent fogging, Nice mask otherwise and you can pinch them to your nose.

How thick are the ear loops the thin ear loops give my ears sores?

I don’t use loops on this mask. All of the disposable masks I have tried are not big enough and the loops hurt my ears. Instead I double mask. I tuck the loops into the protective layer on my cloth mask which I buy from Beau Ties of Vermont.

Is the box of masks supposed to be sealed, as with plastic wrap?

The masks r not individually wrapped . There is a box and mask. The peach ones are layered and comfy. I would order again . Like the ones given at doctor’s offices and hospitals.
