The jade stone feels cool and soothing on the skin, and the set includes shapes that fit perfectly along the jawline, cheeks, and brow area. Using these tools feels very relaxing and feels like a mini spa treatment at home. Quality tool with a cute carrying case. Great price! I definitely see a difference in my skin. Makes my face a lot less puffy.

Works like it’s supposed to. It’s a great size and it’s easy to use. It feels pretty lightweight so be careful not to drop it. Not that it matters too much but the color is a bit lighter than I expected it to look based on the photos.

Works just as described. Solid one piece that glides easily across your face. Comes in a little pouch with cleansing wipe to keep it clean. You can pack it anywhere and give yourself a mini facial. I haven't been consistent with it so I'm not sure if it makes a difference on appearance or not.

I received a Rena Chris gua sha for christmas and loved it! However, I dropped & broke it after a couple months and came to buy a replacement. I received a totally different color, size and shaped tool than the original. I thought it was a fluke and reordered and got the same lower quality tool. Disappointed ill be looking for a different brand now ☹️ Top is the original one I broke next to the new for comparison.

Useful but small. Would be good to have a self-contained sleeve for storage.

got this little beauty tool, very cute. It's cool to touch and very smooth leaves nice feel on my face. what I love it the most it won't get smashed if you drop it. (haven't try to drop, don't want to try either) It's not stainless steel but it won't smash. It comes with a little box then you carry it everywhere you go.

The product is VERY heavy, doesn’t have same curves like the the one in the pictures it has a carved logo saying “Lösen” on one side and bar code of their fb page on the other. I tried using it and it’s the most unsatisfying feeling ever ! It’s heavy, uneven, my face hurts. I can’t return it and now i’ll have to buy a normal quartz one cause this is just horrible. I swear the product weighs more than my phone, guys the picture is misleading they are using this picture from another company and making dupes. Do not buy !!! I paid 738 EGP and they are just gone to the wind. Btw i send the company “Lösen” a msg on whatsapp saying their pics and product is misleading and all i got was a sorry. I rarely write reviews but I was so pissed and i had to warn any buyers here in Egypt.
