A great therapy product
I liked the first magnetic pad so well I purchased a second one so both my hubby and I can use it under our pillows. We use the pad for both pain relief and sleeping. It is a great product. I really like that they give the surface gauss rating of the magnets and how deep they will penetrate the body.

Legit... A little pricy but you get what you pay for
I've had mine for quite awhile now. I'm reviewing this in particular because I get immense relief from this under my pillow (in the bottom of the pillow case to be exact.) How? I find it relaxes my muscles, neck and whatnot. Racing thoughts dwindle, and I sleep great. (grounding blankets can be a great thing to add to benefit sleep too) For those sceptical, I urge you to look into the various studies finding tremendous benefits from magnetic North. There is a college level book over in India called Magnetobiology, looking at this stuff in a very technical light. In short, if you're unsure but want to somehow benefit your sleep, buy it try it put it under your pillow and wait a week to see if it helps. If so, awesome. If not, oh well. The return policy is good. Anyway, good stuff.

Compact
I don't know if this works because I use so many things right now at my age for pain and joint injuries. LOL. But, I can say that something has improved. I do wish it were slight larger because I have to use a strap to keep it on my arm/thigh when sleeping.

Serenity 2000 | Magnetic Therapy Pad Review - Check Magnetic Polarity First
I’ve only had the pad a few days, and will update once I’ve had it a while. I did want to share a few things, including that the pad is well made, very sturdy, and is soft on both sides. Per another’s post, I tested the polarity of the magnets (the North side should be toward the skin) and also found that the North side was opposite what is claimed. Per instructions, the North polarity is on the side of the pad with blue designs. However, after finding the North polarity of a separate magnet, it attracted to that side which means the colored side of the pad had the South polarity. Simple fix - I flipped and am using the white side of the pad (North polarity) toward my skin. Currently sleeping with it under my head and shoulders (put in an allergy safe pillow protector). Will update when I determine it helps with pain and sleep.

Magnets shift attaching to each other
Was great then all of the magnets shifts into what now is like a roll of coins in the middle making it unusable

The material and number of magnets.
Not what I expected. The size is what I wanted but the material is awful. It's not soft. Feels slick and crinkly. I have purchased about a dozen of of smaller size pads for myself and family and friends. The most durable is the one that is truly quilted. The magnets are sewn in place. It's just a little thick and stiff at first, but softens up after use and washing. The others look quilted but the magnets are just stuck on the material and eventually move around and clump together. I tried washing this blanket to soften it but still not soft. The magnets appear to be just stuck on and not sewn in place. I imagine they will move and clump eventually. I might try to sew them before that happens but it still doesn't fix the material texture problem. My other small pads work really well for magnet therapy. You can actually feel warmth in the areas treated and helps to reduce pain and improve healing by increasing circulation for me.
