Excellent pressure from the rainfall shower head. Bottom of the lever adjusts temperature, so lever to the left means hot. Was disappointed in the shower not getting hot enough so I can here to research reviews as the manual did not mention (or I did not see) the red ring under the handle. It pulls straight off and the you place it back on in the position that allows the max temp you want the shower to reach. Handle comes off with 3-4mm allen wrench that is included in the package. If red ring seems stuck on there, use pliers to pull it straight off (does not spin- it is a stopper for the square plastic temp valve).

I took a chance on these when we redid a shower and I am so pleased with them although we’ve only been using them for a couple of weeks. We have a lot of water pressure at this house and they seem to be handling it. The changeover valve from handheld to rain shower is very easy to operate and the lever controls the hot and cold beautifully. I’m very pleased.I may go ahead and try to order the replacement valve and just market and put it away because it’s not gonna be as easy to find as a Moen or a Delta.If the manufacturer wants to reach out to me because of this review and tell me what to order, I’ll do it right away.

This Rainshower system is AWESOME! And so is the HANDHELD Rainshower . Both provide an excellent stream of water and it’s so refreshing when taking a shower. We love it!

My plumber had connected the handheld portion of the shower incorrectly which caused a leak. I reached out to costumer support for help. They sent a replacement parts which I didn’t need and then realized our mistake. They were very responsive and helpful. The shower system works well.

Update:Support got back to me and sent me a replacement shower head within 2 days. The first one I brought more than 1 year ago is not having issue, so I will give it another try.———————————-Original reviewEverything was great in the beginning and I ended up buying a second set. However, in less than 1 year, the shower head edge started leaking. Upon checking, I see the seam is peering apart. It’s likely caused by the rust. I contacted their support via email, but have not heard back in 5 days.

Very nice quality and styling. The rain shower is amazing and totally immerses you. Feels like you are at the spa. Great value for the money.

I bought the 10” black matte last year for a bathroom remodel and I love it so much that I just ordered the 8” brushed nickel for another (smaller) bathroom remodel. It looks beautiful and completely different look from the ones you buy at the stores. The handheld has good water pressure, I use it to bathe my dogs. It is all around a great set and I do recommend!
