First, thanks to those who clarified that these connect cable to cable only. Knowing this saved time and headaches. I would’ve spent the extra on the official Hue cabling, but they would’ve arrived late, whereas these came exactly when I needed them and worked like a charm. Very happy with these. Will buy again in the future.

I updated our outdoor lighting from low voltage to Phillips Hue LED with a package from a big box warehouse store. I had a couple of longer runs that I needed cable extensions for and this was a perfect OEM fit.

Very well packaged product. Connectors look sturdy even though the cable itself is thinner than Hue cable. I am not sure what wire gauges this cable has. The cable looks nice and sturdy too, just thinner. I connect 2 of them in serial and did not notice any visual voltage drop. Works just fine. I would buy it again.

As others mentioned, it just doesn’t work. OEM male adapters fit, but this cable doesn’t fit into OEM female outlets. 15m OEM cables are $20 with free shipping over $35, so just go for the originals.

As others have mentioned, these don't like to connect up to the Hue T connectors or the 95W transformer. I had to use a lot of inward pressure to get it to thread to one of my transformers. It's not like it was cross-threading, just really hard to get going and then very tight once you got it. I even used channel-lock pliers on one of them to get it tight as it was killing my fingers. The same situation applied to some of the T connectors I tried, but not all. So this all seems like a matter of quality control/trying to copy the Philips ones without their blessing.That said, once it's connected it works fine and seems just as durable as the OEM ones, although only time will tell. Mine have only been installed for about a month, but so far no issues.

Great price, I just wish these extensions came in longer lengths. Other than that, they work great.
