This is a very good item, i have gotten botox in the past and am in between appointments & i used this product 4 times already results last about 3 to 4 days per patch & it does soften up deep lines, obviously not as great as botox but a great in between appointment item. i wish i knew about this item before. great item worth the price.

I bought this product at a Target Store in my city. I tried it and saw some small results. The product was on sale at Amazon, so I bought several packages. None of the batteries work on the 4 that I have used so far. I also noticed that the "sell by" date had expired. Please check that date before sending the product out to customers.

I made the mistake of buying this product. I had used it a few years ago and loved it. All the boxes I bought had a 2011 experation date. I called University Medical and they said any product out there now will not work. Once expired the battery for the delivery won't work; which is why the light does not come on.

I tried both the brow and the eye treatment and neither times (for both) could I get them to stick properly or to get 'the light' to work. I followed the instructions to the letter, nothing. The patches are not flexible enough to conform to a normal shape face. I even resorted to using tape to try and get them to stick - much to my husbands amusement. Waste of money, I'm just glad I didn't pay the full (over inflated price) Would not recommend to anyone.
