I got this for my sons 2012 GTI. I would assume that it would fit the 2013 TDI since they are from the same golf generation but not 100% sure.

Perfect fit 10/10 , looks amazing

Fits perfectly on my 2010 vw golf gti, had to replace due to a recent minor accident , but besides that I’m very satisfied with this product so far (later found out when having to install it that the left side mounting hole is half an inch off of the screw hole
