These have been amazing for me after my gallbladder surgery! I love that it comes with two ice/hot packs and not just one. Im able to get ice relief quickly since I can alternate having one to use and one in the freezer. There isnt much weight to the ice packs. The icepacks have pretty decent flexibility. I love that the pouch they go into has a soft full coverage side to keep your skin protected or a slightly thinner jersey material. The size is about perfect for my incisions I dodnt actually measure them but about the width of a dinner plate. The quality of the icepacks themselves is great they are made of a very sturdy yet flexible material. My only gripe is I wish the belt was made for plus size although I do like the belt option would have been perfect to keep my ice pack in place while getting around.

These hot and cold packs are of great quality, easy to use and provide effective pain relief. They heat up quickly and don’t get microwave burns.

Great product. Heat pack works very well for post knee surgery. Ice pack also works well as it is easy to pack in suitcase for travel Would buy again. Heat pack stays hot for 15 -20 minutes.

I picked up this set of Medvice reusable hot and cold packs to help with soreness and minor injuries after workouts and sports, and they’ve been a great addition to my recovery routine. They’re flexible enough to wrap around knees, shoulders, or wherever you need them, and the adjustable straps make it easy to keep them in place. They heat up or chill down quickly and stay at temperature long enough to get good relief. I’m giving them 4 stars because while they do the job well, the straps could be just a little more supportive for holding everything snug when you’re moving around. Still, for the price and versatility, these are a very solid buy for anyone who works out or plays sports. The size and weight are appropriate for using these too!

A very good size for knees, wrists, etc. Fits easily into the freezer. The straps are so beneficial, keeping the pack in place.

purchased this to help me recover from a c section, i really liked how easy it is to use. it comes with 2 so you can have one in the freezer waiting for when you need to switch them out. i liked the velcro band it came with. it felt like i got more support from that, it was not itchy, and it was comfortable. i’m happy with the purchase!

I'm kind of a cheapskate but I thought it might be time for new packs. I hate the ones I have and didn't want to buy more of the same crappy ones. My old ice packs were falling apart and getting holes, and my old wraps are stretched out, weak elastic and the velcro is falling off. So this seemed like a good value. I flippin love these! ICE PACKS: The packs themselves are made from a really thick material. It's not like just a plastic bag with gel in it. It feels like a thick poly; like something that would be weatherproof. They are solid compared to most so thick and great coverage. At first the seams on the side made me nervous (I feel like that would be the weak point IF one broke) but I use them several times a week for months and have had no issues. I use them on my foot and walk around with them and they haven't popped! One note, and I don't know if it's good or bad depending on your situation: Unlike other gel packs that I put directly on my skin or over a sock, these are way too cold right out of the freezer! I even have nerve numbness and these are intolerably cold at first. But they last so much longer like this! It's nbd; all I need to do is put a towel in-between when they're fresh out of the freezer, and then just lose it when they start to thaw. I'm pretty they stay cool and solid so long is because they're completely filled with gel, (others are floppy, half-full bag) and yet they're not frozen solid that you can't bend them around wherever you need them to go. WRAP: The wrap / band is next level. The ENTIRE BAND is elastic, not just a strap of it like a lot you would buy in pharmacies. The velcro is a giant patch, not just a thin piece. I put it on my foot so the pack goes all the way around and the strap wraps around a few times. But if I needed for my lower back the strap could stretch around my waist (although I'm quite slim, so maybe not long enough for everyone.)

These are nice little packs and have worked well for me, but a few cautions to be sure they'll work for you: 1) Pay attention to the size. 10" x 5" is not very large. If you think they will go all the way around your elbow or knee...no, they won't. 2) The strap is permanently affixed to the cover on the short end. So, if you want to use it lengthwise on your arm or leg, that strap will not be useful to hold it on. 3) If you're using it in a way that the strap will work, it does have good, solid velcro on it. However, it's almost too good. You may have trouble getting it off (for instance, if you've put it on an injured arm and have to use your non-dominant arm/hand to remove it, and do so without jerking on the injured one). If none of those things are an issue for you, go for it! They freeze fully in about an hour and become pliable quickly, but stay cold for quite a while. (I have not tried using them heated.)

Just what I needed for my sore knee. Works well and having a second pact means it’s always ready for use. Highly recommend

Worked perfectly for my shoulder injury and then later a leg injury. Stays nice and pliable when frozen, unlike many other products.

Easy to use but not very practical. Should give two straps .. so that both knees can be done at same time.Quality of strap and Velcro very poor. Gel is excellent.

Great to get quick relief of muscle soreness. Reliable pouch that can be heated many times in microwave. But not longer than 40s at full power
