I like the look but had to play with the battery and hands to get it to work

Rustic and industrial with large easy-to-read gold numbers. Easy to tell time from nearly any distance. Works well as far. We have had it for about 1-2 months. Substantial piece but not too heavy to hang by oneself.

Clock is beautiful but runs for several days then hands stick together and stop moving. We can’t keep getting up on ladder to fix it. If this didn’t happen I would love it but it does happen so not worth it.

I'm happy and disappointed by this clock. It's build quality is really superb, but looks like it was damaged BEFORE packaging. When the box arrived, it was very well packaged with no signs of tampering. Once removed, I found multiple spots of damage. Some of it I think fits the look, but the large dents on the face are disappointing. I can't imagine this is the build quality expected. Super disappointed. Can you help me with an exchange? Was purchased as a gift. Overall assuming this product can be exchanged, it's really great looking.

Very disappointed in this product. The first one I received had a 1.5" dent on the face. The second one doesn't work at all. Now I have to find a replacement mechanism. This has just been a headache.

Bought this for my office and the hands of the clock just rotate freely and the time piece does not engage at all. The face of the clock is cheap aluminum and there were multiple dents in the face. Not something I would hang in the the office...only good thing is that it is stuck at 5pm...only thing keeping me from being seriously mad
