Great replacement sensor!
This part went in easily on my 2005 Honda CR-V. Unhooked my battery for the duration of the replacement and after hooking the battery cable back on, my check engine light was off and did not turn back on again. My car is now running great again with previous good gas mileage.I read up on air/fuel (aka oxygen) sensors before I purchased one and read that it is extremely important to buy either an expensive OEM sensor or a Denso brand one. Apparently other manufactured sensors are not wired properly and will not work.

OEM Oxygen Sensor for Honda
Good quality product, replacement for original Honda O2 sensor (upstream)

OEM is recommended
I’ve tried a few different after market oxygen sensors and the Denso was the only one the worked and kept working. Don’t buy from the dealer or the local auto parts stores unless you like wasting money to get the same thing.

Perfect fit. Engine light came off and stayed off
Easy install.works great. I first tried a cheep one from ebay. Total trash. Engine light came on within 30 seconds of starting car after clearing engine code.Installed this one..have put almost 1000 miles on it, not engine light.Dont waste your time with cheep ones. Get the oem

Works for Honda Element
Works for my Honda Element. If it doesnt work for your car, I'd suggest getting a diagnostic from a qualified mechanic.Cleared PO420 code. 3 different shops told me I needed a new Cat, none of them performed a proper diagnostic. I used another sensor first and that didn't work, so I got the denso n get to keep my cat awesome

Works
Purchased to repair my CRV. Price was much better than MFG, and may be the same brand the MFG would use. So far, working ok.

Works Perfectly for 2004 Honda Element! Solved Engine Light for Code P0135
Around 223,000km on my 2004 Honda Element, I had the check engine light come on due to a faulty primary oxygen sensor (code P0135). You could smell in the car that the oxygen sensor had in fact kicked it. The genuine Honda part was quite expensive and I was looking for an alternative. Some have said that only the genuine Honda sensor would work, but I figured I would give the Denso one a try. Turns out Denso is the company that makes the oxygen sensors for Honda (at least for the Element). It was quite an easy install, having no problems with limited mechanical abilities when it comes to cars. I have a few 1000km on the car with this new sensor, the engine light immediately went away and has stayed off. As well, the unpleasant smell in and around the car has disappeared as well. Great alternative to the genuine Honda sensor and a lot cheaper too!

Works great!
I liked that it’s easy to install. The check engine light on my dash is gone. It fixed the problem (O2 sensor code-P0161)

Denso A/F Sensor for 2005 Honda CRV
If you're reading this review, you've got an ugly job ahead of you. The local NAPA dealer (who is nice enough to do business with) quoted me $250 CAD for this same part. Not sure why such a discrepancy, but that's life.I held my breath, hoped it would come in Denso packaging and it did. Installation of an O2 sensor is always tricky, get it stuck and you're in for a rough ride. Fortunately, i was able to extract the old part, and this new one went in without much fuss. Reset the computer and go for a drive to check, all was good on our 2005 Honda CRV.I'm impressed that Amazon could deliver this part so quick. This will make things tougher on Canadian tire and NAPA nearby, they really need to get more competitive with pricing.
