Top pick for toaster oven
It cooks well, especially with the convection mode. The display is easy to see, the knobs are easy to use. It has a loud alarm for when the cook time has expired (Audible from the other end of my house). It is attractive, and cleans easily. I have had mine for 3 years now.Through friends I have been able to use 5 different toaster ovens (some costing twice as much). This Oster (purchased at Costco for $99.00) was only topped by a Calphalon quartz (retailing for $249.99). The quartz preheats a little faster and is advertised to use 40% less energy. All said, this is my top pick.

Fan failed...
I like pretty much everything about this oven except that after a year the convection fan developed a loud noise. I pulled the fan out and apparently the bearings are failing so it wobbles. It's extremely loud and annoying to the point that I can't use the convection part anymore. I was unable to find a replacement fan. Planed obsolescence I guess.

Looks good, works "good", but missing one key aspect
I thought the "turbo" convection meant it would heat up quickly like the infrared ovens that no longer exist. It is only standard convection cooking, need to add 3-4 minutes to cook items correctly. Overall does cook well, looks solid, a bit smaller than expected, but still warrants 4 stars..... so far.

FIRE HAZARD!
This is the internal circuit board showing where the unit completely burned out. This appears to be a manufacturing flaw, and I'm not sure how it lasted as long as it did... of course, it died just shortly after the expiration of the warranty period. The wires are completely melted where it was attached to the circuit board, and if you expand the photo, you can see where it was sparking. This was NOT a cheap unit, and the one it replaced (a previous model Oster lasted many years... this was an "upgrade" for me because I liked that it matched my appliances). Now I'm out the money I paid and have to pay for a working model to replace it. Not cool!

Worked ok for a while, but for $140 it should last more than a few years
I've used toaster ovens for a long time for their versatility and convenience. Was interested that this one included a convection feature. Used it as toaster and regular convection oven frequently. Never really noticed any cooking difference (time/quality of food) in previous non-convection toaster oven compared to this one. As the title of my review states, this oven has only lasted a few years. It's been out on an open island countertop and not underneath cabinets, etc... and therefore not creating high heat conditions. Using it yesterday to air fry up some fries and part way through it just stopped working. Troubleshooting this showed: Electricity running to it is fine, unplugged it and plugged back in, etc.... Let it sit until this morning. Still nothing. There is no visible damage/rationale for why it stopped/isn't working. Aside from the interior size of this oven being it's greatest asset, I'm seriously considering going back to a cheep-o $40 Black & Decker toaster oven.

Absolute trash.
OMG how can anyone give this thing a good rating is beyond me. It was given to me as a gift and I'm ticked out of principle. The fan is rattling louder and louder after 3 months and it takes almost the whole 11 minute toast setting for the coils to get hot enough to toast. It's so slow it's more like dehydrating bread to make croutons.
