Crown race too small. Bad Tolerance.
Crown race was not the right size. Diagram claims the inner diameter of the crown race is 30 mm but mine came in at 28mm. This was not large enough to fit my fork and I had to machine 2 mm of material off with a dremel. Was able to work after this modification but be aware of bad tolerances.

Seem good
I still haven't installed them but they come top and bottom in the correct order in separate bags. That alone made them 5 star for me. I had 3 or 4 different bearing sets show up with the balls free from the cage
