I find that Chinese style noodles tend to be a bit pricier than many other pasta options. If you are going to spend the money, you at least want a tasty product. I believe these met the that standard. I used them to make a stir fry style dish on my outdoor griddle. They held up well and tasted good.

These have become a staple in my house. There are so many things you can do with Udon Noodles, and these have just the right amount of salt in them and swell up to the right size (with patience). I've tried "Udon" noodles from the grocery store, but they really aren't.

The texture of this noodles is good. Can be tasteless. When I cook it a second time, I add salt to the water. Taste much better the second time.
