I broke my wrist, and these PT items are a great help in restoring strength to my hand, that's been in a cast for 12 weeks.

So I'm an older guy, will turn 63 this year and my doc says all the years of wear and tear on my bones is catching up to me... I started to notice more and more my hands hurt (if anybody has seen "Shaw Shank Redemption", think of "Brooks" and how he complained that "his hands hurt" from bagging groceries. (The work release job when he was paroled at an old age). :-) Anyway, doc told me to get an exerciser for my hands, I thought he was nuts, but decided to give it a try and bought this item just to exercise my hands and fingers. Surprisingly it does help, the rings for squeezing work well for me, the other items that you put on your fingers to try to stretch are a little too hard for my old hands, but I still try to use them. What I like about them is this item is that they were low cost and my wife and I use them in the evening while watching the news or some show. Bottom line, working my finger joints seems to lesson the pain, but I need to use them every other day and they do seem to be strengthening my "finger muscles"...For a young guy, I don't know how much benefit they would be, but for me they work just fine...

This is really helping my father regain strength in his hands. Very durable
