The first Chromebook would not work due to a faulty power cord. They sent me a replacement, that arrived in 3 days. Due to their great customer service I'm very satisfied. I give them 5 stars now! I would purchase from them again.

Honestly I bought this small laptop, expecting a gaming pc, but I found it does simpler tasks, like writing, and online banking better! It works great, powers on ever time I open it. Almost mint condition.

The computer arrived in very bad condition. Since December 5th, when I bought it, it has been having various problems, and today the battery was at 50% and it shut down. It froze and was unresponsive. I do not recommend buying it. I wouldn't even give it one star. la computadora venia en muy mal estado desde el 5 de diciembre que la compre ha estado dando diferentes problemas y ya hoy la bateria estaba en 50% y sw apago l, se quedó pegada y no respondia no recomiendo la compra.

I think the product is hard to beat for the price. It seems to really work well and suits me just fine. I wish the screen was a little bigger is all. Otherwise, it is a great product. It seems to take a little bit sometimes for it to buffer when streaming. I still am very happy with the price for the product overall.

I bought this renewed Lenovo Chromebook for $60.31, and I love it! It has saved my hide so many times while I'm taking classes especially. My laptop before this was a very expensive custom gaming laptop that was a hand-me-down from my brother, but it was getting on in years (like 14 years old?) and had various issues (from the trackpad to the keyboard, the charging port, the headphone and microphone jacks, etc.... the list goes on). It was a disaster. Enter this little Chromebook! It's come in handy over and over again, and it just... works! It's intuitive, it's portable, it's functional, and it was so inexpensive! On my extremely limited income, it blew my mind that I was able to get something so nice. I've been using it to do my college coursework, create docs and spreadsheets, play music over bluetooth, send email, browse through far too many tabs in Chrome to research papers, sync with my Google Pixel 7 to send and receive text messages from my computer, etc. -- often all at the same time, and it hasn't stuttered for a second. Excellent value for the money!

Have been using this Lenovo Chromebook for about a week now issues. My only concern is the pist said the manufacturing date was 2024 which means I should get updates from Google for 10 years past that date. The playstore says my updates have already ended. Now it let's me download new apps and such but the playstore itself wont ve updated any more. My last Chromebook had be replaced because it was over 10 years old and at that point I was unable to download or update anything. But aside from that in the current it has hood battery health,performance and I love I can hook this one up to my wifi printer n I couldn't my other one

0 stars if I could. First unit would not power on so waited for replacement - exact same thing on the replacement and I now have 2 separate returns because someone isn't doing their job.
