Is the top part antique brass/gold or silver on the dark green mister? In some product images it looks gold, in others it looks silver

Hi! It’s silver. So sorry that the Picture doesn’t show tha.

Does this actually mist or does it just spray? i have one like it i can't tell if its broken or if they are all like this - shoots vs mists.

It does mist, however, it needs to be held vertically and fairly full in order to mist properly. For mine, if it's tipped too far, the lower portion of the nozzle floods and it sprays down the side.

Can you also use it to just pour water out to water plants? Or does it only mist?

It's pretty tiny... perfect for misting... it's not a good choice for a substitute watering can..
