This is a must have for any pet parent. Makes spot cleaning quick and easy. I am able to promptly and completely remove new stains, clean as needed, and feel confident that it will remain clean. Easy to use, portable, and worth every penny.

Very happy with the machine and it performs well. My bad for not having taken a before picture of this little bench. It was lightly stained all over the pale fabric. Not any more. Looks great and salvaged my little bench also leaving a clean scent from the solution. Suction is more than adequate and the compact design made it easy to use. Only disappointment was finding parts missing, hence the 4 stars. I will go through Bissel as advised in the manual to get the parts. I have my cars' upholstery to tackle next and I'm confident it will do a great job. UPDATE: Today I was notified by Bissell that the part I thought was missing was not intended to be included for this model but are sending it to me anyway. Great customer service. 5 stars now!

This product shipped with a leaking tank. However, customer service was easy to get and a replacement part was supplied free (even without the Amazon warranty).The product works as described and has been fairly good at removing stains. I am glad I got this rather than the smaller units.Use. Hot. Tap. Water. Not boiling, but make sure it’s as hot as tap water gets!

Do you have children, pets, or other co-habitators that smear sticky or questionable substances on carpets, upholstery, and other small surfaces? If so, you need this. Mine hasn't seemed to get hot per se, but it does a heck of a good job cleaning up nasty messes my kids and pets seem to be compelled to create for the sake of art itself. While my budding Jackson Pollocks enjoy their tapestry of carpet, and the pets love to add their own special mark, this bad boy has helped keep the sticky nasty mess at bay, and allows for a clean slate for their next masterpiece at faster intervals, thanks to the very effective drying provided by this machine. If you're tempted to sell your carpet off as modern art, or even just burn the house down and start over with a new identity in another country, I would highly recommend trying this bissell before taking more drastic measures.

Bissell brand is the best. My husband loves this small shampooer for the car. Very good price. The seller is great.

DON"T believe this seller. this is NOT a steam cleaner. There is NO STEAM. It just spritzes water out at the temperature you put it in, and has also VERY poor suction. So it just leaves your carpet or upholstery a wet mess

It works good, we used this product doing car detailing for our cars and we couldn’t have gotten a better product…. Easily handling, easy transporting… I love my carpet cleaner

The vacuum is great at spot cleaning and removing stains from carpets, however the dirty valve leaks when in use and in removal for dumping. Gross. My box was missing a tool, and was rather hard to clean the brush. I can see the value of this if you are cleaning up after a child who isn't potty trained or an ill loved one as getting most of an area clean even with a little leakage is better than nothing. However as someone who bought to clean a specific mess and won't need it again very quickly the vacuum doesn't seem worth the price with these faults.
