Plummer told me it would cost $160 to fix my ghost flushing toilet. I fixed it with these gaskets and saved $140.

Amazingly enough, these reasonably priced seals stopped my leak. They are for the American Standard VorMax, a poorly designed double flapper system that is notorious for leaking. I had read so many bad experiences that people had with trying to fix the leaks, I had low expectations.However, these seals worked! And you get an extra seal for down the road.

They are easy to install once you figured out how to change them out. Our two commodes have run for a month now! Once we figured out how to install them on the first commode the second one was easy. The first one installed really worked great, no more running constantly! The second commode still runs occasionally! It did not fix the problem 100%!

We have two toilets with the American Standard Vormax. Both started slow leaking about the same time. Ordered two of these, replacement was a simple task. One the seal works fine. The other I have changed out with the remaining two and same slow leak.

I always use these and they keep my toilet clean.

While the part is totally adequate the quality is just a little less than I would hope for. The OEM parts that this part is replacing don’t seem to last very long. I hope these last longer.

This item really solved our issues with our upstairs toilet. After reading other reviews, I understand that I will likely have to replace this every once and awhile, but I am very happy to have a solution. Thank you!

Fits but after I changed the part it still was leaking! Garbage expensive toilet!
