Noticed a difference immediately. (With UPDATE)
Wow. I just received this yesterday (last night to be exact) and put it on right away. I felt relief in my upper back/shoulder blades immediately. I personally didn’t think it changed my appearance until I walked by my husband wearing it under my hoodie, and he told me I looked different. “Good different” he clarified. The instructions say to start wearing it for a short amount of time and work up because it can be uncomfortable. I wore it the night I received it for an hour, and the discomfort I felt was mostly under my armpits, but it wasn’t unbearable and definitely worth that for the immediate change and pain relief. Background on me: I’m 5’3”, 130lbs, medium build. I’ve had large breasts and bad posture since I was 14, which caused neck and upper back pain. I was a year-round swimmer for years, so I have broad shoulders that are still kind of awkward to me even after years of not swimming competitively. I’ve seen a chiropractor every week since high school for my neck and back pain, which helped but never fully alleviated the discomfort for long enough to skip a week. UPDATE! 1/3/21 I had been wearing this brace almost every day since I received it, but now I am able to use it less and for less time. It’s more like a refresher when I feel like I need it. The first couple weeks after I received it, my chiropractor told me my neck wasn’t in dire need of an adjustment (as it has been, every week, for years). He actually asked me the same of the brace because of the difference it made in my posture and neck. My entire family couldn’t believe the difference (even my sisters across the country ON FACETIME)! They all asked for this for Christmas. So now my whole family has one! This product really worked (and is continuing to work) for me and now, my family. It can be uncomfortable (still is rough on my armpits), but after suffering so many years of excruciating neck pain and migraines, it’s worth it. I am amazed that after a couple decades of bad posture, this brace was able to help me so much in less than a month!

Helpful for shoulder tension, good value for the price
It's definitely helping my situation, which is ongoing intense muscle tension behind one shoulder. Using this harness definitely takes the pressure off of those muscles and keeps it from hurting nearly as often/intensely. It is not the most comfortable thing under my arms, but I don't know how it could be any other way since the straps need to be as far out on the shoulders as possible and have to go under the arms. I've only worn it with long sleeves. I'm sure it would chafe with a tank top. The center piece on the back does slowly ride up, so I occasionally rotate the should straps back to keep the center piece from putting pressure on that large vertebra at the base of the neck. I saw that people said they couldn't tighten the straps without assistance, but I haven't had that problem. They pull up from underneath, so if you just attach the velcro ends so they're not hanging down your back, you should be able to reach under your arm to release it and pull it up toward the front of your shoulder as needed. Overall, I would say it's a good value for the money, and I'm happy to have one that doesn't have something strapped around my belly.

Helpful reminder for better posture, not a magic fix
I didn’t expect much, but it does help remind you to sit and stand straighter. The support is noticeable without feeling overly rigid. Comfortable for short periods, especially at a desk. What’s good Easy to adjust Lightweight, not bulky under clothes What’s not Can get uncomfortable if worn too long You still have to engage your posture; it won’t do it for you Best for Short daily use to build awareness, not all day wear

In my opinion, expectations will directly reflect your opinion of this product
TL;DR: helps with posture. I do experience less pain in my neck/shoulders/back but I’ve also been utilizing other methods of pain relief like self massage and heat. I’d maybe tweak the design a little bit to know I’m adjusting it evenly on both sides, but I am overall happy with my purchase and I’m excited to continue using it. ———————————- I’ve been trying to find a way to improve my posture since there are a lot of benefits to great posture, including pain relief. Posture: Overall, I do think it’s nice and could fit a lot of needs. When I sit at my desk, because of the way I’m positioned, it is hard to feel like it is doing anything for me. However, after a few days of wearing it, I was out in public, not wearing it, and had the thought of checking my posture. I realized that I only had to adjust myself tiny bit in comparison to my usual slumped over self, so I have to give it credit for assisting with my posture. Pain relief: I’m honestly not quite sure. I started stretching more and spending a lot of time working on my shoulder and back pain at the same time I started using this product. I can only say that although I do have significantly less pain, I don’t know how much credit to give to the brace on its own. Comfort: It doesn’t hurt. I guess it digs a little into the armpit area but I found that wearing sweatshirts has been the comfiest. I will say that I am overall pleased with the design. However, if I could give some sort of constructive feedback, I’d recommend somehow tweaking it so I know that the velcro is even on both sides. I’m always thinking about whether or not I’ve placed the Velcro evenly. I don’t know if the straps being uneven is harmful but I think it would be nice to have some reassurance if possible. Also, if you’re worried about whether or not it will properly fit, I’m a 5’ 6” 100 lbs female. I have no problem with the fit but I do wonder if I will reach a point soon where I am unable to tighten the straps. I’m not sure but will post an update if it becomes an issue.

Posture Correction By Way of Painful Stimuli
Despite reading the reviews, I purchased this anyways thinking perhaps the issue may be improper sizing or incorrect placement. Turns out, nope - its just not a great corrector. Ergonomically, the logo placements, velcro, and straps are in just really odd places and causes rubbing, even with a shirt underneath. I wanted so badly for this to work, I've tried almost everything I can think of, aside from altering the original product, such as shifting placement or adding layers under the arm straps for extra padding. I've come to the conclusion that if you have it situated in a certain position and the straps in another specific position, it doesn't cause any issues if you are standing with your arms straight at your side - otherwise, if you move in any way with your arms, its pretty awful.

A Comfortable Fix for Chronic Neck & Back Tension I Can Actually Wear All Day
I have torticollis and scoliosis, so I deal with constant neck stiffness, upper back tightness, and a real struggle with posture on a daily basis. Most posture correctors I’ve tried in the past were either too rigid, uncomfortable, or impossible to wear for more than a short period. The Comfybrace posture corrector shirt is honestly the first one that feels realistic for everyday use. It’s soft, lightweight, and doesn’t feel like I’m being forced into position, but instead gently encourages better alignment in a way that feels supportive—not restrictive. I can wear it while doing normal daily tasks without constantly wanting to take it off. What I noticed most is that it helps reduce that constant tight pulling in my neck and upper back. It also makes me more aware of my posture naturally, even when I’m not wearing it. For anyone dealing with chronic tightness, posture issues, or conditions like scoliosis or neck imbalance, this has been a surprisingly helpful and wearable solution that actually fits into real life.

Couldn’t figure out how to put it on
After trying to figure out how to put this thing on for about 20 minutes, I finally gave up and decided it’s going back. At one point I thought I had it on, but it didn’t do what it said it would do and there was no means by which two detach anything and tighten it and it was ridiculously uncomfortable so I’m pretty sure I didn’t have it on right - but if it’s that complicated to figure out, it’s not worth the effort. I’m sure there are plenty of alternatives that don’t require expertise in geometry to figure out how to wear it.
