Dr. Bronner's Sal Suds All-Purpose Cleaner, Fir & Spruce, 32 oz 2-Pack

A couple of years ago, after relocating, we decided to rethink almost every product we used in our home from body wash and hand soap to household cleaning products and laundry. It was the perfect opportunity to start fresh and choose products with ingredient lists that aligned with what we were looking for. That’s how we discovered Dr. Bronner’s. Since we had no idea which scent we’d like best, we ordered almost every variety available on Amazon. It took us nearly two years to work our way through them all, and I’m so glad we did because we found our clear favorites. Lavender and Peppermint are, without question, the winners for us. They smell fresh without being overpowering, lather beautifully, and leave everything feeling clean. We also tried Almond, which I found a little oilier than I personally prefer, and Citrus, which was lovely as well. But Lavender and Peppermint are the ones we continue to buy. What I love most about Sal Suds is how versatile this soap is. We use it for dish washing, hand washing, laundry, mopping floors, general household cleaning even around the kitchen. I love having one product that can do so many jobs well. Now that we’ve figured out our favorite scents, we buy them by the gallon because we know they’ll be used. After using Dr. Bronner’s for about two years, I honestly don’t feel the need to keep searching for something better. It’s one of those rare products that has earned a permanent place in our home. It performs beautifully, a little goes a long way, and I love the peace of mind that comes from using ingredients that fit the standards I was looking for.

Just used this for the first time on my hardwood floors. I immediately fell in love with the scent; it smells like a single pine tree, not a public restroom like many cleaning products. I added 1/2 tablespoon to my O Cedar bucket and filled with hot water. My floors are clean, shiny, streak-free, and no overpowering scent or oily residue are left behind. I can’t believe how easy and effective this was. A little goes a long way, so I expect this bottle to last a long time. Can’t wait to try mixing it in a spray bottle for cleaning more surfaces.

I’ve used a lot of floor and all purpose cleaners over the years, and this one honestly stood out right away. It cleans extremely well without leaving behind a heavy residue or overpowering artificial scent. The pine smell is clean and subtle, not the typical harsh chemical odor most industrial cleaners have. I’ve used it on tile, wood style flooring, countertops, and even around utility areas, and it cuts through grime surprisingly fast while still feeling safe to use around the house. A little goes a long way, so the gallon size lasts much longer than expected. Big plus for me was how clean the floors looked afterward without that sticky film some mop solutions leave behind. Definitely feels like a more natural product that still performs like a commercial grade cleaner.

I've been having to hand wash clothing for about 2 months now and so far, this has been keeping everything smelling nice and fresh. my clothes still feel fresh and clean after using this as detergent. The ingredients are not harmful, last for a while and easy to use. I can't get some streaks out of shirts but I guess I just have to be more careful when eating.

I've been searching for an eco-friendly all purpose cleaner for a while now. After trying out Dr. Bronner's toothpaste and loving it, I finally gave this cleaner a try too. After using it to clean my new home prior to moving in, I'm very satisfied with it's affect. This can be used on almost every surface. It has a fresh, light pine scent with a hint of vinegar. So far i have used it on granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, showers, toilets, and lanolium floors. While I especially love mopping with this cleaner, it has also been incredibly effective on countertops. This is truly a multi-purpose cleaner as it reads in the description. I just had to go out of my way to write this review because of how satisfied I am with the product. I highly recommend using Sal Suds if you're looking for a good clean without residue and streaks, overbearing scent, toxic ingredients, and dyes.

I was searching for an economical clean replacement for toxic cleaners in my home. I use Sal Sud's for laundry, dishes, floors and other all-purpose cleaning in kitchen and bathroom. My clothes are soft and clean. Dishes come clean easily and this product lifts grease and disinfects all surfaces without stress of adding harmful toxins to my body. I was so happy to find a clean affordable product that covers so many needs!

Best thing I ever bought. It cleans everything. I use it for my laundry, 3 tbs per load. Use it for my dishes, shower, washing floors. cleaning walls, removed stains from pretty much everything. This is all I will use from now on.

Expensive but really nice product. Love the scent and cleaning power… just wish it could be a bit more affordable or on sale more often.

Dr Bronner's - Sal Suds Biodegradable Cleaner does not disappoint . I did have to print out the uses because the print on the bottle was too small for me to read . So far have used it in laundry - 2 tbsps in a cup of warm water for some very dirty , sweaty gardening clothes - at least 3 times . It is notable that the clothes are clean with no scent , other than the clothes themselves ; this may not be for many who like a little perfume .The dishes are washed by hand using a little in the spray bottle and the same result : no scent on the dishes but very clean. Still experimenting and overall very satisfied with switching away from the more toxic, sweetly perfumed stuff.

Incredible product. I had a recent crisis, when a pigeon got stuck in the chimney. In the process of trying to get out, the poor thing dislodged a huge amount of soot, covering everything in our sitting room with 3 inches of the stuff. I soaked all the sofa covers in Vanish, which did little to remove it. I used this product and removed it instantly. I hate using harmful products but sometimes standard eco cleaners aren’t man enough, until now. Brilliant for everything. I spot clean bed linen before washing. Great for ovens etc. So glad I’ve found it. Smells lovely too. Just perfect.

Auf den ersten Blick wirkt der Preis extrem hoch - allerdings nur bis man weiß, in welchem Mischverhältnis man den Reiniger einsetzen muss. Er soll nicht pur verwendet werden, sondern wird stark verdünnt. So nutze ich auf eine Liter Sprühflasche einen halben Teelöffel des Mittels als Universalreiniger für alles. Einfach sprühen, nachwischen, fertig. Im Putzwasser sind nur wenige Tropfen nötig und mein Laminatboden strahlt zum ersten Mal. Der Geruch ist dezent, es soll Pinienöl sein, aber man nimmt ihn kaum wahr und ist schnell verflogen. Was bleibt sind saubere Oberflächen. Wenn man ein wenig im Internet sucht, findet man einige Seiten, die die vielen verschiedenen Einsatzmöglichkeiten auflisten und wie man es verdünnt. Fleckentferner, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Badreiniger, sind nur einige Beispiele. Ich habe noch nicht alles ausprobiert, aber so nach und nach werde ich alles testen. Dann habe ich ein Mittel für alles und die vielen Flaschen im Putzschrank können endlich verschwinden.
