For sleep quality, this is number one. It has also improved my mood. I love the texture, and it is nutritious. I did not know it was good for pain, but I did notice that I usually have a pain in my hand, and whenever I took it, the pain stopped, but I did not know it was a pain reliever. Evening Primrose is a quality product, especially for menopausal women.

I take this mainly for my hair because it has all the B vitamins. I went to a conference and this Hispanic lady was stating she takes B-12, Folic Acid 400 and Evening Primrose Oil 500 for everything.
