***Update***Product was delivered USPS and there was no way of knowing when it would arrive, just a wide frame of time to expect the shipment to arrive or request a refund.The paper was cut at a slant but the decal was easy to straighten. Now for the part when things got complicated…beware of the font that has curls swirls etc they require patience, technique, a blow dryer and an extra pair of hands, depending on the size of your decal… the part that peels off didn’t want to peel off had to warm it just enough for it to loosen up off the decal, we had to smooth-heat-smooth -peel…while that made it easier it still slightly messed up on the bottom of the H because it really didn’t want to stick. Love the finished look but not the extra effort needed to install this decal. If you do buy this decal be mindful of the font you choose, remember to be patient, and to say a lil prayer as you slowly peel, heat, smooth, press…If you do not live in FL (the shipping address for this print) Do expect delays…item was ordered 12 July and the projected delivery date now says July 25, no explanation on extended delivery time just a notice of an extended delivery date. So if you are planning to have a project complete by a certain time this would be a problem.

My story is a long one.Pros: l received decals very fast. Customer service is great and sent me a replacement after the first disastrous application.Cons: no instructions included with the package and that resulted in my initial failure.Overall pros outweighed the cons and resulted in a beautiful wall.Tip: start applying the decal from the end of the name so that there is minimal pull on the intricate details of the first letter when you peel off the base.Note: if your decal sticks to the thicker side of the base, gently press it back until it sticks to the thinner transparent side of the base. Otherwise the application will go wrong

Turned out great. I was nervous I wasn’t going to get the right colors because it shows pink and gold, But I requested navy and light blue and got it. The only small issue is you really have to rub very hard to get the decal to stick and peel very very slow.

It was pretty hard to put up but it’s still cute and great for the price I paid.

This was so easy to put up after I watched the video, when I first got it I was skeptical about the color I chose, but realized after putting it up and taking off the backing the true color I ordered was revealed... I don't remember how long it took to arrive but it was fairly quick even without 2 day shipping but I absolutely love the name and quote I ordered
