Photo Backup Stick for Computers, Phones, and Tablets (16 GB)

It took some time to figure out. I wasn't sure if "backup app" was on board, it was, or some Windows 10 app. Once I got it running it probably took 1 1/2 hours to complete. I didn't realize I had over 1200 pictures to back up. When I checked the Photo Backup Stick everything seemed to be there. It isn't that big a deal to me now, saving the pictures, but who knows what the future will bring.

The first one would not load so I returned it to Amazon and the second one works great on my computer and the deleat duplicates cleared out over 200 photos that were repeats

Worked great when I first got it, but now it wants me to select a folder that isn't available on my phone. Can't get it to work and have contacted support at least twice, but no response.

Works fine just need more Gb. I used 32 GB I will get a 128GB...

Received flash drive with label stuck on it identifying it as a Photo Backup Stick, did not arrive in box as pictured, nor with any instructions, or anything. Looks like someone had already returned this to seller. Did not work. Appears to be just a flash drive like any other blank flash drive you can buy for $5 instead of the $27 charged here. Will be returning to Amazon for credit.

I was led to believe this came with adapters. It does not.

I carefully read how to use before buying, after receiving it, it wasn't compatible with my phone even though it said it was! Big waste of time!

if you have more than 1000 pictures, you might want to put them on something else. I had 1300 pictures and it took 4 hours to down load on this photo stick.

i think i downloaded all my pictures from my computer, then i took the stick and tried downloading from my wifes laptop, but it would not recieve it. so i gave it to my son in law, he is a genius at this stuff, he wi;ll let me know. would im buy this again NO, the seem to make it real simple to use but i did not find that. when my son in law finishes with it i will try to let you know

Plugged it in and immediately get a pop-up that I need to format it. Since that would erase the stick, and the software I paid for, I went to their website. There was a link to download a tool to fix that very problem! Download (scan with antivirus, all good) and run. Cannot detect the device. At this point, the only option they offer is to call their tech. Nope. Useless.

You can’t download the pics directly from you phone, which i thought you could. But it is simply to use!

I received this yesterday, dont find it at all easy to use, so I want to return it,Now must find relevant page to do this.
