Best bang for your buck!
Powerful little thing! I’ve cleaned so much of my kitchen with this, including the grout inbetween the tiles. If you are going to use the brush attachment, I advise that you use this for light scrubbing. If you apply to much pressure when scrubbing with this attachment, the bristles begin to get ruined. I switched to the small hose piece to clean the grout instead and it worked just as well.Another con that I have though with this product is that my hand hurts after a while of squeezing the handle to produce steam. I wish that it automatically released steam on its own. This would give me an extra free hand to clean as well, but I suppose that that is apart of a safety feature. For the cloth piece and attachment that is used to steam garments, I instead use it to clean countertops and other surfaces. I find that it takes out a step of having to steam clean, then wipe up the dirty water (putting 2 steps in 1). I add a 2-3 drops of essential oil on the cloth (NOT IN THE STEAM CLEANER) for an added lovely smell while I clean :)I have also found that regular tap water works perfectly fine for this product. A last note to add is that you have to release all the steam from the product before you can open it back up to refill it if you feel it is getting low. The water in the steam cleaner lasted quite a decent enough time to me.Overall, I’ve given this 4 stars mainly because of how annoying it can get to hold the handle down for the extended period of time.

Great steamer, very hot steam in little time. Fast shipping.
This is my fourth handheld steamer. Yet, the first Decky handheld steamer. It is easy to use. I wish the steam would last longer. Yet, then the tank would need to be bigger & with my MS it is difficult to hold for any length of time as is. A shoulder harness attatched to the steamer would be great! I did not receive the copper brush attachment which would be nice for cleaning the oven & grills & the oven filter. This Decky compares to the other handhelds I have had. The others did not last long. They either started leaking at the spray handle or stopped working all together. Time will tell how this one holds up. Great price & fast shipping for the product in these times of the Covid-19!

Must have!
This product is amazing! Takes off burnt oil from my stainless cook top, gets rid of crud in hard to reach places, works great on kitchen cabinets and everything else I’ve tried it on so far!My cooktop is 10 years old and gets tremendous use (I have a chef in the family). It had scorched oil on it for what seems like forever! This took it completely off in virtually no time and looks like it just came out of the factory 🏭 no scrubbing needed, no elbow grease, just a little patience. The larger capacity ones cover a larger area at once but don’t apply any more pressure than this one. Worth every penny. I can’t wait to use it on the floors- just wish it had some kind of extender so there wouldn’t be any bending (bad knees and arthritic back) but small sacrifices are necessary sometimes! If you’re sick of scrubbing tiles and stainless, this is for you!

Top won’t come off.. was good until then..
I loved this to begin with! I’ve used three times. I filled it with water today, using the cup it came with, and no steam came out. Yes, it’s on.. but now the top won’t come off so i can add water. It just keeps spinning! It’s been unplugged for 2 hours and still got to the touch. I told all my friends how great this cleaned and how much i loved it and today this happens. Super upset with it now!!!

Meets my expectations
This hand held steamer does what I expected it to do. I had a different brand hand held that was similar before, so my expectations were based off of my first one. I have decided that I don’t love having the button to activate the steam on the handle. (previous model had on the top) I have to make sure I have it locked so I don’t accidentally set it off. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The other thing I don’t like is if you fill it up with as much water as it says you can, it tends to make a mess (water squirts everywhere, not steam) the first few times you activate the steam, as well as running out of steam quickly. This is easily remedied by filling it with less water. As for the things I like, I really like that it has an on/off button and a light indicating if the steam is ready to go. My last one didn’t have those features. Overall I am happy with my purchase. I feel like a hand held steamer is a great tool for getting in those little spaces. Also, if you have little boys, it’s incredible for cleaning toilets!

A few annoying traits
I have only used this twice and haven't had any issues. It works great at removing tough gunk. I don't know if it's just the nozzle I was using, but for really tough set in grossness, it only has a tiny, like pencil point, line that it actually cleans in. Making it difficult or time consuming to get stubborn crud off walls.I don't think it gets overly hot, I don't even really feel heat from it at all, but it makes steam and has enough pressure to blast stuff (in a tiny line) off surfaces. For big jobs, like washing walls, it kind of sucks because it needs refilling, but you can't open it until it de- pressurizes. This can take several minutes and gets quite annoying when you're got a good groove going. It works though. So I am happy. I'll update if I end up having issues, like with my steam mops that don't like to work for more than a few months.

Not worth it
This was an interesting purchase. I have only used it a few times and unfortunately it has let me down. I was hoping it would help with some deep cleaning with things like the oven and shower. It helps very little as far as helping make much of a difference and I've found it to be more of a pain to use it then what its worth. It does put out a decent amount of heat and each refill last about 15 minutes straight before needing to add water. I've also found the cord to be a little short so unless you have a plug in around every corner be prepared to get out extension cords to use this thing.
