Brilliant Collagen Complex, WITH Vitamin C, Vitamin E, CoQ10, Zinc and hyaluronic acid all within the ONE supplement. I have noticed that if I take it in the morning on an empty stomach, I do feel a bit nauseated. I've only noticed nausea within the past month - but eating something tiny, or drinking a lot more water seems to fix the problem until it passes. With the current Pandemic situation, I try to have all required Vitamins and this Complex is great as it has majority I need in 1 tablet. Additionally, I just take Vit D at the moment. Only thing I disliked was that I was unable to take it on an empty stomach so I took it with food and have no problems. I've been using collagen tablets for a long time now and really like these ones as they're virtually identical to some I've used previously which were also a very full collagen complex these with the included HA, vitamin C, CQ10, zinc and vitamin E making them great for helping the skin stay in good condition - one of the fullest I've had along with a couple of similar other ones, so really impressed. As someone who is often running about and fitting in fitness too as well as lots of dog walking as well as fairly regular swimming and cycling I started to supplement with collagen a year or so ago in the hope it would help keep some firmness to my skin! I've always kept up with taking them in both tablet and powder form as I believe they help, though it's difficult to attribute how much as I engage in a lot of health & beauty processes to build muscle, healthy fats and fight the signs of aging. Be sure to do thorough research to decide if these are for you or not and if like me you already know the benefits of collagen supplements and that they are right for you then these are pretty good - generally collagen complex tablets like these are not the cheapest supplements and you do have to stick to taking them consistently and long-term, but they do work. These are quite good value though and if you stick to the two a day will last three months and as far as similar complex collagen tablets like these go this is good value - would definitely get again.

I've use many other collagen but with this one i haven't seen any results so I wouldn't recommend it

Looks good, still need time to feel a huge difference and I'm also taking glucosamine & chondroitin but at the moment I feel a little less pain on my knees

Dopo averlo utilizzato per un po' di tempo, posso dire che si tratta di un buon integratore, anche se i risultati non sono immediati e richiedono costanza. La formulazione è completa e ben dosata, con collagene idrolizzato Naticol, acido ialuronico e coenzima Q10, tutti ingredienti noti per i loro benefici sulla pelle, le articolazioni e le ossa. Le capsule sono facili da deglutire e non ho riscontrato particolari effetti collaterali. Ho notato un miglioramento nell'idratazione della pelle e una leggera riduzione delle rughe sottili. Anche le mie articolazioni sembrano meno rigide, soprattutto dopo l'attività fisica. Tuttavia, questi benefici sono diventati evidenti solo dopo diverse settimane di utilizzo regolare. Apprezzo molto il fatto che sia senza glutine, il che lo rende adatto anche a chi ha intolleranze o sensibilità. Je le prends quotidiennement tout au long de l'année. L'aspect de ma peau du visage est plus rebondie, ridules estompées, pour certaines disparues. Plus de douleurs aux articulations.

Bu Ürünü bir kaç farklı ürün denedikten sonra almaya karar verdim. Yorum yapabilmek için bir süre kullanmayı ve sonuçları görmeyi bekledim. Tırnaklarım hiç uzamaz hep kırılır. Ürünü 1 aydır kullanıyorum. Tırnaklarım sertleşmiş ve artık uzuyor. Saçlarım daha güçlü. Yüzümde güneşten oluşan lekeler vardı. Şimdi bu lekeler daha da azaldı. Ben ürününde çok memnun kaldım.
