I was skeptical at first but after owning this for a month im absolutely impressed! That said, I have a lot of experience in the sign business and have used many plotters so there was no learning curve. I can see if you have never operated a plotter before there would be a few headaches. Anyway I decided to get back into the business and after reading up on this machine I went for it! It cuts just as good and fast as my Roland plotter at a literal fraction of the cost. My daughter even knocked it over and the cutting head busted off the track and after a few minutes I had it back up and running like it never happened. That said, I have a couple issues. The first is the rollers. Theyre garbage but at this price I cant realy complain too much. The main issue is the bundled software for Mac that comes with it IS NOT a full version! You have to purchase a license after 30 days. The software works if you know what your doing and can design in something like Illustrator and you know how to make your artwork cut ready and strictly use the software to send files to cut. But if you dont have experience, its going to be a problem for you. All that siad, for me, this thing is absolutely perfect and if I ever need a larger machine Ill be ordering a Vevor!

Cutter itself easy to use software not so much I wish there was a better software with it still I will give it 5 stars because it does exactly what I needed to do but that is all that it will do I can't ask you to do anything more it is hard to work around the software that comes with it

I’ve been using vinyl cutters for 5 years. I’ve tried to cut these stupid signs that I need to make, and the machine is either a) not cutting at all or b) butchering it!When it comes to the vinyl that came with it… DON’T use it. It butchers in any machine. I went and spent $100 on vinyl through another company, and the machine is destroying it. I’ve attempted to trouble shoot it… no change. I would not by any means waste your money on this. I wish I wouldn’t have.

The machine is a good size and works perfectly.For how it looks and components in general it's a 5 stars.The 3 stars are for the software because with Mac it's extremely limited. Apparently it's fully compatible with Windows.

I bought this cutter to make some signs for my small food concession business. Assembly (the stand) and setup was easy. I had to make some adjustments to the pinch roller pressure, but that may have been due to the material I was using.The large signs cut easily, but trying to cut some small pieces, it peeled out some of the letters. This may just be an adjustment issue, I was mostly working on the large signs and just tried a couple of small pieces to fill in some excess vinyl.The software is very basic and I didn't find a user manual online, although there may be one. My son prepared most of the images on another program, then exported them to the software that came with the cutter to actually cut them.I think this will be a great machine for a light user, not sure how it would hold up to heavy use, but for the money and my needs, it's perfect. If you plan to do anything other than basic letters or imported files, you will probably need to upgrade the software.
