The Spartan Bench; Come back on the bench or dont come back!
I wanted a versatile workout bench since the gym is no longer an option. I lift up to 100 pound dumbbells and I weight 205 pounds, so yes it's sturdy. On this bech I can do:-Tricep; skull crushers & all dumbell tricep exercise.-Chest; dumbell flat bench, incline and decline-Bicep; Incline dumbell, preacher curls and more-Back exercise work well with this bench-Shoulders; presses for front deltoids, flies for outer delts and back mid range flies for rear delts-Decline sit ups with foot support to assist.-And more, I'm not listing all of them, I'm just giving some feedback, I'm not selling it.It's very easy to set up, took me 10 minutes and it folds up nicely for storage. I'm a beast in the gym and now I can get that same intensity at home. If you are looking for a reasonable price bench that actually is a bargain, then this bench may be for you. I was a little unsure with only 6 reviews for 5 stars, since I like at least 100 reviews on items I purchase. This item is "the business" consider this review 100. I'll add some pics later. I would recommend this for anyone; from rookies to your gym warriors. "Wants some? Gets some!" If you know that term, go get yours, I got mine !One more thing, to adjust bench once instlled, the knob is a quick release, you slightly unscrew, pull the knob and adjust. That quick release was the cherry on top.

Great folding sit up bench.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I was looking for a sit-up equipment, then I found this bench. It has multiple uses with the same cost as a sit-up bench. So I decided to try this piece just in case I have more needs in future. It is sturdy, compact and well made. It works perfectly for me. It is very easy to set up, convenient to fold up. The legs work great with carpet flooring, will need a mat with hard surface flooring.

Fantastic bench for the money.....as long as you aren't short.
My initial review after opening the box is more positive than I anticipated. Extremely easy to put together and it seems rather durable at first use.PROS:- Full functionality. 90 degrees the whole way to a decline- Built for taller people. The bench is long and almost too high for some people. I'm 6'3" 230lbs and it fits me perfectly- Easily adjusted. No taking pins out and replacing. Just pull, slide and release.- Lightweight. Easy to move, but still feels sturdy.-Collapses up easily for storageCONS:- You may not be comfortable on this bench if you are a shorter person or power lifting. You aren't going to get leg drive on your flat bench if you are pushing big weight because of its height. Honestly, given that the bench is relatively light, I wouldn't want to push big weight on it anyway.- No wheels to slide it around easily, but the bench itself is rather lightweight so its not really an issue.- Says its rated for over 800lbs, but I wouldn't recommend trying it.- The padding itself is just fine, but the cover on the padding seems like it'll like be the first thing to go bad.Overall, for the price, I would recommend the bench. It exceeded my initial expectations. Hopefully I don't have to come back and edit this in the next few months.

Great dumbbell bench
I really like this bench. I had to scramble when they closed my gym for Covid19 and this thing is just the ticket. I’m 5’ 10” and 200 lbs and this feels very sturdy. The incline/decline adjustments on both ends are just perfect IMO. The back doesn’t go to a strict 90 degrees but I prefer that. It sits back probably 5 degrees. It works great for abdominal work as well. A couple potential caveats... I don’t do heavy work at home so no barbells, I only use this with dumbbells so I have no clue how sturdy it feels with a few hundred extra pounds on it. The top of the bench is 21” off the floor. It’s a little tall and for dumbbell work it’s just fine. If you’re on the shorter side, there may be issues with being able to plant your feet, especially benching. Also, the feet have levelers on them, not an issue for me, but a nice touch all the same. This thing comes about 85% pre assembled and I was up and running inside 30 minutes. One of the base caps split during assembly and I emailed the company and they answered inside 24 hours and shipped me a replacement in a couple days. Very impressed. All and all, a great purchase!

Well built, some rust
I am 6'1" 408 lb and the bench fits me just fine. I have plenty of room for my head to be on the bench which is normally a problem on other benches that I have bought and it feels solid under me. As a morbidly obese person the other benches I have bought, the back feels like it is going to break if i lean left or right at all (very shaky) , this bench is sturdy and I don't constantly worry that the bench is going to break while I am lifting. I am only taking a star off because the foot bar had a ton of rusty metal powder come out of it and it got all over me. I think I saw a very small rust spot on one of the feet as well which is now covered by the plastic feet covers. Speaking of the feet covers they fit very snug, a little hard to get on but that is good because they don't fall off when I move the bench like some other benches I have had. It's well made and worth the price. Definitely recommend.
