More need not be said. Flawless. Seems romantic but I'm not dating anyone so I shared with my parents. They loved it! Seems like a routine self care reward or giveaway present. Dried raspberries still have flavor and go well with pink chocolate and pistachios. The color balance and raspberry flavor are my favorite parts.Hope it's an official listing. Next time I will order from the company website. Great discovery though!

I probably should have chosen a different variety from this brand as an introduction. I tried ruby chocolate before and enjoyed it, and this one was fine on favor and creaminess. Comparable to other much cheaper brands.Do not expect any snap action from this bar (should have guessed based on how thick it is) and creaminess is adequate but nothing to be super impressed by. The pistachio and raspberry flavor combination is great. The nuts are kind of softer though and do not do much to add to the texture.My biggest problem with this was the texture of dried raspberries - they stick to your teeth horribly. To the point when it is almost impossible to enjoy the chocolate with all the berry seeds stuck in your teeth until you brush or rinse them out.For me, one can do much better for this price tag with other brands.

This my new favorite chocolate bar. It's not too sweet, not tart and actually has complex flavor. I will be stocking up as soon as they are back in stock.

I bought this on impulse at a store near me where it was by the register. It was 7.99 so cheaper than here on Amazon. It is SO delicious. Creamy with a nice contrast of tangy dried raspberries and with texture of nuts and the dried fruit. SO up my alley! I'm going to go back and buy a few more today.

There's chocolate--and then, there's chocolate. This bar is amazing. While I'm still deciding what I think about ruby chocolate, this bar is something I'd buy over and over and gift to anyone who appreciates good chocolate. Fabulous small gift, and something to savor.

This is one if the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth. If you like raspberry and you like the contrast if crispy and creamy you will not regret the money or the calories.
