MD Sports Electronic Dartboard with Cabinet and Accessories - Multiple Styles Available

The biggest thing to note about this dartboard is that offers a rare and hard-to-find feature. The dartboard is electronic - offering all of the benefits of electronic dartboards like solo play, computer opponent with multiple skill level, automatic scoring, heckler feature, electronic scoreboard, etc. But it also allows the use of steel tip darts! At least 95% of the electronic boards out there are designed for use of plastic tip darts. Given that it is bristle and not the gird of tiny holes designed specifically for plastic-tip darts, it does work much better with steel tip than it does with plastic. The plastic tip darts bounce out somewhat frequently - it does work though. The cabinet is attractive, the quality seems as you would expect for the price point. It works great. Another huge plus over some of the other, more expensive boards I have tried, is that the computer opponent is much faster! On a couple of the other boards I have tried, it took way too long for the computer player to take their turn. Standing around and waiting for a player who doesn't actually exist to size up their shot is not much fun. Overall, great board and definitely recommended for anyone looking to have electronic convenience and fun blended with steel tip capability.

This board is garbage. Complete garbage. Darts dont stick, board dont count. This thing is a less than a star. A -10 stars. I got robbed. Do not I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE...

Nice unit, however.... Was in touch with MD Sports since the manual and Amazon posting said 12 plastic tip darts. The company sent 6 plastic tip darts and 6 steel tip. I advised the corporate office that steel tip will damage the electronics on the first miss, and they advised the manual stating no steel darts is wrong and a misprint. The pictures on Amazon also show just plastic so I guess that is a misprint too. Based on spelling from corporate likely not US based either so cannot say I trust them too much. I do not recommend this company. And do not use steel darts. The corporate office has no idea what they are talking about and are wrong.

My first attempt at this board the cricket score board LEDs did not work correctly. Also the 3 & 4 wedge did not register. I returned it for a replacement through Amazon. The second board had the same issues, but now I don't see a way to return it. It gives me the option to return it for $0.00 since I already exchanged the first one. My advise is not to buy this board. If you do and have an issue, just return it. Don't make the mistake I did and exchange it.

This is a great dart board. It will be a lot of fun for everyone. But I think whoever wrote the instructions to hang it up also had some fun. My instruction manual says to drill mounting screws at 96". That's obviously not even close. Unless you want to stand on a chair to remove the darts. It's 79 1/2" from the floor. Hope this helps. This dartboard with built in cabinet doors is exactly what I was looking for. The darts that it comes with are cheap and won't last long and there was also a shaft missing. Not a complaint just a cretiwue since it doesn't really matter considering I use my own darts and the board comes with 4 sets of darts. Only issue I have noticed since the purchase is that it will ocassionally not register the dart in certain spots on the board for me it's usually in the 17 about 4-5 holes outside of the bull. All in all a nice board to keep around and play whenever I want.

Very happy with my purchase of this electronic dartboard. The display is crisp and the board is high quality. The wood isn’t cheap looking making this board worth every penny spent. This is a step up from a regular dartboard and looks classy. The man cave has definitely been upgraded! Delivery was on time for my March Madness party.

When my husband said I ordered a dart board so we had something to do during the quarantine, I thought it was would be a small one where you have to add up your points. Instead, he bought the Cadillac of dart boards. Its awesome, there are over 30 games for hours of entertainment. If you play against the computer, beware, its hard to beat but we have had the best time trying. I would totally recommend this dart board!
