Official Microsoft Xbox One USB Charging Cable (Bulk Packaging)

I purchased it for my sons Xbox one to save money on buying batteries . I did read the reviews before I purchased it and I regretted it. On first use it wouldn’t work ! A light would come on for a second and shut right back off. I even tried it on a cell phone to make sure it’s not the Xbox or the remote that was the problem and it didn’t work. Amazon was great and is returning my money also said I can keep the wire, which is going in the garbage.

only few months of use and it keeps disconnecting, making it impossible to use the Xbox one controller on PC. I would not recommend this product.

I have went through probably 6 of these cords because they are terribly designed. The connector will bend slightly during use and then will just stop working after a few months of mild use.It sucks that xbox decided to use micro usb for the connector because it such a terrible design and will constantly break. They should have used some propriety design that clicked in and has additional support, because these things break so fast solely because of the micro usb adapter.Probably going to take apart a controller and hardwire one of the cords I bought so that it doesn’t break, or atleast hardwire a new female micro-usb connector so that it sits on the outside of the controller so that it doesn’t break so damn quickly.

Works very well and charges the Xbox One controller fast! My old cable broke and I didn't want to be in the risk of the cable catching on fire. Therefore, I bought a extra one and I use it to charge both the controller and phone. Very long and reliable! Only the cable included.

Bought this as a present for my son to replace an old one. Fresh out of the box it had a short in the cord. If you move vertically the controller disconnects during game play which if you are a gamer you understand the need rage that follows. They might not all be bad but this one is useless. And because I had bought early for a present it was outside the return window by the time he opened it.

Every once in awhile I find my charging cable for my Xbox controller isn't working, And not wanting to use regular batteries. I order this charging cable from amazon. It's half the price of a plug and play set, and I get it fast from amazon.Update. I have used this cable for a few months and had no problems with it. Connects to the controller and the console nicely. I would recommend having a spare cable, because even if you think it should last forever nothing does. And hey it is only $ 10.00

Stolen money. Arrived broken...it’s cheap. No returns or refunds policy!!!Sent pictures to Microsoft and they verified it’s fake. Not real Microsoft product.

This item doesn’t work, and I suspect it is not an official Xbox cable as the LED lights are different to my original official Xbox cable

Bought this cable for my new XBOX Series X controller as the devices from XBOX One and XBOX Series X were supposed to be cross compatible, however this doesnt seem to be the case with this cable, really annoyed as I got rid of the packaging before testing.Looking at the quality of the cable I cant honestly say this is a genuine Microsoft product either.

Absolutely crap item paid £20 for it to work for one day, very upset daughter as she can't use her christmas pressie. 2020 really does suck

I would give this lead a higher score but having experienced many which eventually loosened up and not connecting and eventually breaking this won’t change as these leads have been like this for a while and Microsoft haven’t dealt with the issues but I only bought for emergency use on my pc connecting the control pad.

Ordered the product to replace a broken cable, the cable that was sent had a little fault in it but resulted in it not working, the company sent out another cable right away to which worked perfect
