Excellent hot sauce, without too much vinegar like many others ive tried, great consistency without the nasty thickeners. Very balanced flavours without being too sweet, and has a good amount of heat, I've finally found a hot sauce that ticks all the boxes and has all natural ingredients. The price is a little steep but it's worth paying for the extra quality. I would describe the flavour as slightly smoky, with garlic and chilli notes with a nice amount of sweetness. If your looking for a natural, quality, hot sauce then look no further.

Oh my gosh, this has fast become one of my all time favourite hot sauces! It doesn’t lack a punch when it comes to heat level, tbh it’s relatively mild but the taste is totally there and it hits! The garlic really comes through and it’s delicious! I have noticed some variation in heat level between batches but nothing overly significant - generally the quality is very good! It doesn’t really have like a smoky or bbq kind of taste, it’s not that kind of sauce but it is delicious! I’d say when it comes to value for money, it is a little pricey. I think the price point could be lowered a little as you don’t get HUGE amounts in a bottle and with it being quite a thin sauce, you end up using a fair amount when you tip it out. It is a cracking hot sauce though! Would recommend if you’re looking for a nice garlic addition to your collection!

This only has 17% Carolina Reaper so its not brain meltingly hot. It has a heat similar to Crazy Bastard Ghost Pepper and Mango but I think the flavour is far superior. It's fresh and fruity with a really good after taste. It has a pineapple like flavour and it makes me feel a bit tropical. Will definitely be buying again.

It's alright, hot enough I suppose. Certainly not what I thought it was going to be. It's actually quite gentle if I'm honest. No "after burn" in the morning, if you catch my drift.

SO delicious. Yes it's hot but then it's supposed to be. Alongside the heat it's just a wonderful flavour. Quite addictive actually.

Let me tell you, the Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce doesn’t just make you feel the heat—it makes you reconsider every single decision that led you to this point. The first drop was like a small explosion in my mouth, followed by a full-scale volcanic eruption. I’m pretty sure my soul left my body for a second there and waved goodbye before it made a dash for the nearest ice bath. The flavour is surprisingly amazing, which is probably the sauce's most devious trick—it tastes so good that you think, "Hey, maybe I'll have another drop!" WRONG. One drop is a thrilling rollercoaster. Two drops and I was on an express train to Heat-ville, population: tears. By the third, I felt I’d unlocked a new level of pain tolerance, or maybe I’d just unlocked insanity. The sheer intensity was enough to make me feel like I could power a small city with my face alone. My partner thought I was being dramatic, so I convinced him to try it. Let's just say I now have a video of a grown adult begging a glass of milk for forgiveness. We both learned a lot about humility that day. But to be fair, if you want a hot sauce that will slap your taste buds awake and make them take a long hard look in the mirror, this is it. I’ve used this sauce in my chilli, on wings, and even as an elaborate dare to scare off my friends from stealing my snacks. It’s effective. It’s powerful. It’s pure fire in a bottle. If you enjoy the sensation of a small sun imploding on your tongue, then this is for you. But beware, once you open this bottle, you’re opening Pandora's spicy box—your tastebuds will never be the same. Highly recommend—if you’re brave enough to face it. And remember: with great spice comes great responsibility (and possibly some very odd conversations with your toilet the next day).

la sauce est sympas, pas trop de vinaigre, mais manque de gout et surtout de piquant, c'est fort mais pas trop c'est comme du tabasco, la sriracha est plus forte et bien meilleur.
