Been taking these off and on for a while, and didn't notice much difference until recently. Had some back and hip pain flare up that nothing seemed to help. Started taking Boswellia, and within 3 days the pain was greatly diminished and my mobility returned. I am not sure what the catalyst was that made it start working, but I definitely know it worked because I was pretty much out of the game for weeks due to pain, and then one day I woke up after taking them and it was like somebody oiled my joints. This one stays on my supplement staples list.

I get back and knee injections every 6-9 months. I started taking Boswellia and Turmeric many month ago. I have not had to have an injection since I have been taking these. I have told several people about them. I know these pills made a big difference. I won't be without them.

These work well, but they taste awful. Be ready with water when you take them. The capsules are somewhat large, so if size is an issue you may not want this one.

I didn’t really get to use the product because the seal was broken and that is the only reason I’m giving out a two stars. It’s very disappointing when you are waiting for a supplement and it’s not checked before being sent to you to ensure that the seal is not broken. Not only was the outside seal broken, but the covering under the cap was also not there.
