Red X Women's Parka Winter Coat with Hood

Got this jacket because it's been in the negative digits this week and my old jacket was not cutting it. This is so warm! I absolutely love the hood and the way it comes up high at the neck. Definitely seems to be a good jacket to keep warm. I am usually a medium but got a large so that I could have a bit of extra room if I wear a hoodie or something. Works great! Looks to be made very well. Also love that there are no feathers! I have a very expensive down jacket that I hate wearing because I consistently get white down on my clothes, this is a wonderful alternative that looks very nice. Very happy with this!

Very warm, down-alternative coat. A bit bulky, but worth it, because it's so warm, and reasonably priced. Nice zippered pockets, and one small pocket on the inside. Large hood, which is nice for shielding the elements, but can somewhat block your peripheral vision...not a bad trade-off if it's exceptionally windy or rainy, though. The elastic loop meant to secure the button at the neck did break off within a few hours of wearing the coat, which doesn't scream, "quality," but all-in-all, it's a good coat for traveling to cold places.

The zipper is terrible, not suited for a coat. I have better zippers on sweaters. The zipper is already fraying making it hard to zip. I have only had it 2 months. The only reason I still have the coat is my last winter coat had an accident and I needed a replacement quick as the Midwest winter was coming in fast. I needed a new dog walking coat quick. I did not read enough reviews and was being rushed, bad combo. The pockets are way way to small, they won't even hold a pair of gloves. I hate to go on about that zipper again, but it is off set from center making it hard to get on and zipped. The hood is way way to big. The one thing it has going for it is that it is really warm. I plan on donating it to the local thrift store once I can find a replacement.

This is truly a Parka!! It would absolutely be ideal for friggid winter weather. Quite a few of the insulating fillers were coming through. Overall great construction aside from that. It's much heavier than what I personally prefer though, so Ive returned it.

Nice coat, but it was too big and I found the hood to be over whelming. I returned it.

I loved the coat...the zipper...not so much. the 2-way zipper had to be replaced after wearing the coat only 2 times.
